離れ内風呂つきの部屋を利用させてもらいました。料理も満足でしたし、サービスも問題ありませんでした。一番は内風呂が便利で、いつでも何度でも好きなタイミングで入浴できる魅力に満足できました。欲を言えばキリがありませんが、タイルのメジの修繕が雑だったり、シャワーや、カランなどが経年劣化で古く見えたりはありますが、内風呂が良かったので全て満足となりました。周辺ロケーションも、麦が太陽に輝き、黄金色に映えるところなんか、まさに宿泊施設の名前とマッチして素敵な気持ちになれました。お世話になり、ありがたかったです。

The views of nature and the outside public onsen were beautiful and met our expectations. Excellent food. One suggestion is to provide an information booklet in English that explains the use of heating and cooling unit and the use of the TV.

Overall really nice place. My experience was unfortunately poor with the service as Typhoon Shanshan had hit during my stay. I understand that because of that service would be minimal but some communication from the team over the expedia app would have helped give me a heads up that there would be essentially 0 service. Especially since it’s on a mountain it would be good to have some communication in case where we were staying was in danger of landslides or other typhoon related issues. However, if you need to stay at a nice place in this area the inn and onsen is definitely the best place, I think my stay was just unlucky.

宿泊者用の風呂は蜘蛛の巣や蝉、カニの死骸、落ち葉が石の上に溜まっていて、とても毎日清掃しているとは思えなかった。敷地内の道に案内が無く非常に分かりにくいのと、露天風呂に朝入れないのも、夜の時間が22時までで早過ぎるので、結局一つも入れませんでした。ホームページの写真と実際とではかなりのギャップがあり、リピートはありません。

広々とした空間で、入るときに、たいへん好印象です。案内する方も質問に丁寧に対応します。男性客用のものしか置いていなかったときに、すぐに女性用のアメニティに置き換えました。地図で敷地内の案内を丁寧に行いました。布団もすでに敷いてあって、暑い夏には冷蔵庫にあったお水はありがたいものでした。空間内に家族風呂のような温泉があって、一人でくつろげることが可能でした。座り方も畳の机に座るか、縁側のソファに座るかを選べて、山登りの足にありがたい気持ちになります。残念なことに、トイレの設備には一部が壊れていたうえ、匂いがあって窓をあけてもようやく朝になって快適に使えるようになりました。また、お風呂場には、木材の水による被害があって、虫も室内のライトの上に散乱していて、まず自ら水で流してから利用することになりました。また、夜、小さかったのですが、小さなゴキブリがシャワーの床の所に出現していましたので、自ら流すことになりました…山登りによって痛い足を湯舟に何度も浸せて、次の日の山登りに臨むことができることは、助かりました。また、朝食タイムには、7時半か8時か２つの時間帯から選ぶことができて、うれしいことでした。朝食のボリュームも十分あって、個人的にご飯のお替りが必要では無いほど、お腹がいっぱいになり、一日の備えとなりました。建物の周りの静かな空間を少し歩くための道もあってとても気持ちいひと時を過ごせたと思います。
