出水駅の目の前という好立地で、アクセスがとても便利です。冬場はヒーターや湯たんぽなどの暖房器具を貸し出してくれるサービスもありました。また、部屋に備え付けのシャンプーとは別に、様々なメーカーのものを試せる「シャンプーバー」のような仕組みがあって、とても面白い取り組みだと思います。

Wing International Izumi is a simple Japanese-style hotel directly across a small plaza from the Izumi train station. The rooms are simple, but larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a good restaurant on the premises. My wife and I stayed here when visiting the famous Crane Observatory in the outskirts of Izumi. Our only complaint is that the rooms are only cleaned every third day, but that is getting to be a common practice now.

Best hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip. Rooms are big, great location and very nice region. Only complaint is the staff does not speak very good English, but they all hotel information in English.

Room was steaming hot (as most rooms, trains, restaurants, everywheres are in Japan) and would not cool so we had to open the window which meant listening to the trains and the accompanying announcements all night. Nice little underground parking lot amd easy access to the town on foot - or train station if you travel that way.

The breakfast was excellent at this hotel. There was a vast variety of Japanese breakfast foods and also western foods e.g. Cereal. The service was slick for people who need to catch a train. Whilst this hotel is in close proximity to the train station we were not bothered by noise throughout the night.

It was nice to just walk a minute or two to get to the hotel from Shinkansen station. Friendly staff. Clean room. It's just an old hotel that can be updated a little. For instance, they can fix ripped wall paper...

The hotel was being renewed, so the outside was covered with scaffolds and safety nets. The staff was very kind, rooms are OK, internet connection as well. With a JR Railpass, it's really close to Kagoshima or Kumamoto, so it's a good alternative in peak season for rail travelers booking a last minute accomodation.

Hotel has aged but with excellent upkeep, very convenient for those who arrives by Shinkansen, it is just next to the station. Breakfast has good variety but staff English proficiency lacking!
