I got a terrace room on the 15th floor, which is the highest floor, and had a beautiful view. The room is unique, the bed is like a tatami bed, very simple style, nice & modern. For 1 person, the room is very good (enough space). Thanks.

The hotel is near the JR Yamanote Line, Uguisudani Station. Even though you have to drag your luggage down the hill, there is an elevator. I booked a connecting room and liked it very much. But it's a pity that you can't close the door between the rooms. It's suitable for families or friends. The hotel allows you to check in from the moment you arrive (08:30) and leave your luggage to go out. There are 2 bottles of drinking water per room every day. The towels are changed every day. When it's check-out day, you can leave your luggage first. Overall, I like it very much. Next time, I will probably come back to stay here again if the price is not too high.

The staff were very helpful. While others mentioned the rooms are on the small side, we found it ok. We had two kids (12, 14) with us and they stayed in a separate room. The hotel was able to accommodate having our two rooms beside each other.

We enjoyed our stay! Family of five fitting into a room very comfortably. Having the bathroom and shower split up is so convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A perfectly fine choice if you are looking for a simple, no-fuss stay. The hotel was clean and pleasant, though the room itself was on the smaller side and quite basic. There aren’t many amenities, and the service is very hands-off—not in a bad way, just highly efficient and minimalist. It’s an ideal 'in-and-out' base if you just need a straightforward place to sleep without any faff. We didn’t try the restaurant/cafe, so I can’t comment.
