The friendliest staff during my stay in 4 different hotels in Japan. The lady at the reception kindly carried our big suitcases to the room. First time in Japan because previous hotels were not so... they even ordered a taxi and took care of our suitcases with the taxi driver when we checked out and moved to the next hotel, the most comfortable and big room during my time in Japan. And don't get me wrong, this hotel is not walking distance to Universal Studio Japan but it is right across the train station which is only 1 stop to USJ. 👍🏻, God willing will stay here if I go to USJ again

Highly recommended if you're going to USJ. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and it even provides herbal relaxing sheets for the guests (felt lovely after a tiring day in USJ).

Great hotel for USJ. Lovely staff are very helpful with any questions. We loved the onsen opportunity within the hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing food at the reataurant as well as nice view and seating area at night

The room was very clean and functional. Adequate size and space for all of our 3 weeks worth of luggage. Beds are typical for Japan, a little firm. Train station directly in front of the hotel and a 7-11 within walking distance.

A great hotel for Osaka world expo. Hotel does not allow swim suits, so I did not use the spas but I had to pay extra spa fees.
