施設スタッフの方々がとても素晴らしいです。そしてとても綺麗！大浴場前で女性スタッフの方に甘酒をご馳走になりました。本当に美味しかったです😊折角甘酒の置いてあるお店を教えていただいたのに、スケジュールの都合で探しに行くことができずとても残念😢また是非泊まりたいお宿です！

因為價格便宜，本來沒有很高的期望。但住宿體驗，出乎意料的好。首先，客房雖然有點舊，但很大，而且被安排了正對大山的房間，景色非常好。早晚餐都是自助餐，但食物質素很不錯，令人喜出望外。頂樓還有免費的水吧，酒精和非酒精飲品，費用全免。還提供佐酒小吃。溫泉就中規中矩。總體來說是物超所值。

12月に行った時はクリスマスシーズンだったためか料理がすごく良くて次は家族で来よう今回予約したんですが料理がいいと言えば良いのだけどすごい‼️というほど心が弾まなかった。フルーツに関しては最悪だった。
前回は部屋のお風呂を使用しなかったのでわからなかったけど今回使用しびっくり！換気扇がなくユニットバスが湿気ですごいことになっておりスリッパもビショビショでした。
予約時のフロントスタッフの対応がすごく良かった。

元は古いホテルでしたがリブランドして、綺麗になっています。
食事は朝夕バイキングで種類豊富で美味しかったです。
大浴場も広々してゆっくりできました。
雪景色の大山が荘厳でした。
