値段と立地条件の良さは最高だが、部屋の清潔さは最悪だった。古さゆえに汚いのなら我慢できるが、清潔さで汚いのは誰でも嫌だと思う。クーラーが効かなすぎ。

他施設に飛ばされましたが、他の口コミほど、汚いわけではなく、快適に過ごせました。
ただ、有料制だからか、クーラーの効きが半端なく、冷蔵庫レベルでした笑

場所はとても良かったです。とにかくエコノミー優先の方は良いと思います。共用部分やバックヤードの片付けがもうすこし綺麗だともっと快適かと。でも、金額面で十分満足です！

とにかく汚いです。
いくら安いといえど限度があるかと…
部屋は入った瞬間臭いし、布団は何故か湿気ててベタベタしてる…
大勢の人の汗が染み込んでて1回も洗濯や干したりしてないのかな？と疑ってしまうくらい気持ちが悪かったです。
そして部屋のクーラーは2時間100円と有料で、出てくる風は冷風ではなく
生ぬるい送風。
当たり前にクーラー内も掃除されてないので風が臭い…
ジメジメとした室内で寝れるわけもなくとにかくシャワーでサッパリしようと思ったらカビなのかなんなのか分からない異臭。
天井にはクモの巣。
床はぬるぬる。髪の毛落ちまくり。
絶望して結局レンタカーの中で寝ました。
旅行で宿泊施設は絶対ケチっちゃダメなんだと良い学びになりました。
ここに泊まるくらいなら漫画喫茶やカラオケで一晩過ごす方がよっぽどマシだと思います

安いからといって泊まっていいホテルではないです。宿泊しながら掃除の管理している人いるとお聞きしていましたが、よほど何もしていないのかゴミすら片付けてないです。
自分は私物を勝手に共有ルームに置いているくせに他の宿泊客に対して厳しい。
お客様どうこうよりその管理している人の家みたいになってます。
元々の建物が汚いのではなく、清掃してない汚さです。正直不潔でした。

お風呂に入っているときに急に電気が落ちたりして困りました。クーラーが1時間100円なのと、さらに100玉しか使えないのも少々不便に感じます。宿泊費に含めてもらって自由に使えるようにしていただけたらもっと使いやすいと感じました。

タオルの用意があると記載されていたが、ない。
部屋の中は綺麗だったが、基本他の場所は汚い。
一番は、どこの場所も臭く、臭いが染み付く…道路側の部屋（3階）は、歩道橋から丸見えで、ベット？で寝ているときに外の人と目が合うことがある…

房間非常小 非常髒 浴室跟廁所也非常髒 老闆還說什麼 這個房間很便宜所以就是這麼小 其實房間真的完全沒這個價值 以後決定不會再來這個旅店住 我覺得很誇張 拜託省錢也不要住這間 糟糕透頂 我這輩子看過最爛的房間 沒有任何設備 連個水也沒有 房間奇臭無比

エレベーターなしで5Fまであるので、階段が気になる人は要注意です。
受付の人は感じよかったです。
