Perfect location right across the road from Hakata Station. Easy to access trains, shopping restaurants and most tours meet near the station. Property is immaculate! Staff is excellent, always pleasant and smiling. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located right in front of Hakata Station, making transportation extremely convenient. It’s also perfect for accessing great restaurants, shopping malls, and meeting points for day tours — the location truly couldn’t be better. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space — even with two large suitcases fully opened, we had no trouble moving around. One of the highlights is definitely the large public bath, which made the stay even more enjoyable. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Fukuoka. With consistently friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable location, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved this hotel - close to everything ie Hakata Station, shopping, variety of food options, Mcds, Starbucks and airport is 10min away! Tour meeting location was across the street so super convenient! Hotel staff was exceptional and rooms were spacious and very clean. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel!

A wonderful hotel with plenty of amenities and a rooftop pool and spa with indoor onsen. The hotel staff were very nice and professional. Couldn’t ask for better service. The hotel’s location near airport and major train hub makes this an ideal location to travel to and from airport and around the city by rail.
