위치좋음 . 청결상태에 관한 리뷰가 많아서 걱정했지만 크게 신경쓸정도는 아니었음. 오히려 위치가 좋고. 코앞에 편의점있어서 친구들과 숙소에서 한잔하기도 매우편함. 나카스강변을 바로볼수있는 뷰라 불만보다는 만족도가 매우 높았음 .
미리 사전체크인해서 체크인도 불편없이 진행함.
수건 및 기타 어메니티 매우 넉넉해서 4명이 이틀동안 부족함없이 보냄 . 다음번에 친구들과 여행가면 또 묵고싶은 곳임

- 6월 6일부터 6월 8일까지 2박 3일 간 머물렀습니다.
- 방 자체가 넓고 층고가 높습니다. 2층 침대이지만, 오히려 침대가 크고 튼튼해서 머무는 데 불편함이 없었습니다. 방에 있는 세면대, 화장실, 샤워실도 좋았습니다.
- 무인호텔이라서 체크인할 때 불편함이 있었습니다. 체크인 메뉴얼을 잘 보고, 직원의 안내에 따르면 무리 없이 체크인을 할 수 있습니다.
- 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

3박에 거의 60만원이였는데...아까웠어요

A shocking mess of a not-really-hotel, not even so much dirty as properly disgusting. The rooms look like they were furnished, cheaply, about 20 years ago and then never received any tender-loving-care from anyone again. Bed railing stuck on with actual, not-even-kidding duct tape. No running boards. Carpets that looked like they were stained with...what even was that? Motor oil? Blood? It's hard to tell. Dirty walls. No bath tub. And the cherry on top, some rooms have no view at all, which you know the view was meant to be the one nice thing about this place.
The owners, if they had any shame, would close this location, thoroughly renovate it, spend 45 minutes bowing to the guests they've swindled into staying here, then reopen it.
Very bad. Very.

예상보단 방이컸어요. 화장실도 깨끗했고, 샤워실도 물잘나오고 좋았어요. 침대도 편했어요. .
다만. 먼지가좀 많았고(공기청정기 있음 좋을듯) 호텔은 3층에 있지먀, 2층 엘베앞에 흡연구역이 있어서 담배냄새가 호텔 엘베앞,계단,복도등 담배냄새가 심했어요. .아이들과 함께지내긴 비추(담배때문에)

Prime location as it is quite close to Tenjin South. Many restaurants near by. however, the smart locker is very annoying. you have to close the door within a certain seconds, otherwise it will make the "beep beep" sound for 3 minutes...

청소를 안하는게 한두곳이 아니라 전부입니다.. 딱 변기, 샤워실, 침대 및 베개 커버 외앤 청소 안합니다..
테이블 위 블라인드 사이 블라인드 위쪽 침대와 프레임 사이 틈.. 먼지가 말도 못합니다 창문이 있는데 못열게 막아져 있구요.. 웬만하면 어디 숙소를 가든 혹평 보다는 칭찬을 하는 편인데 여긴 딱 더블침대가 두개인것 말고는 칭찬을 못하겠습니다.
기억을 더듬어보면 처음 들어갔을때 화장실 변기 위쪽 먼지가 최소 몇달은 청소 안한듯 먼지가0.5cm정도 그대로 있었습니다 그건 그럴수도있지라며 웃어넘겻지만.. 여기저기.. 생활하며 보니 이건 해도 해도 너무 하다싶어요.. 아이가 있어 군데군데 청소도 하고 했지만.. 하면 할수록 다른게 보여서 포기했습니다….
좋다는 후기가 있는 방은 제가 안가봐서 모르겠으나 전 두번다시 안갈것 같아요 ㅜㅜ

メイク落としが全然落ちない。フェイスウォッシュが水状だった。歯磨き粉もイマイチ。部屋は綺麗でその他は不便なく過ごせてよかった分、アメニティがとても残念だった。今回の宿泊をきっかけに無人ホテルの方が煩わしさがなくて良いと感じた。部屋でチェックアウトできたのもよかった。

今までの口コミに、掃除が行き届いてないと記載があり心配していましたが、そんなことはありませんでした。
ただ、共用部分は狭く、カーペットが汚れているのが気にました。
また、夜中に飲食店の方が掃除されているのか音が聞こえ、目が覚めました。
細かいことを書きましたが、ここはとても立地の良い場所であり、目の前が川なので眺めもいいです。
