The hotel itself is fine. It is a room in one of the best locations in the city, but it is a bed, a toilet, and that is about it. I am not knocking it, but if you are looking to come to Tokyo on a budget, this is certainly a good option.
It is super close to the train station which is great, and right next door to a Blue Bottle which is nice. Again, this is a great place for a solo traveler, but I wouldn't recommend this for a couple or family.

A basic hotel and nothing fanciful. Comfortable enough. Aircon a little bit old - I changed rooms once because of the aircon non-functioning. Even when I changed to another room, the aircon took a little while to cool and it has an automatic function that stops periodically. I am not used to having aircon stopping halfway but this cannot be controlled.
One not-so-good note is about the very early check out timing. It is at 10.00am. I have never been to a hotel that has such early check out. My business partner forgot it was 10.00am (*most hotels are 12.00pm standard check out) and so he checked out around 12.00pm.
He was fined and paid extra.
By the way, the check in time is 3.00pm. So I have no idea why they got an early check out time and a late check in.
Not good in my opinion for that.
Otherwise, everything else is just basic simple.
