10階の大浴場は小さいながらもサウナがあって良かったです。諫早駅周辺では、ここ一択でしょう。

Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box.

Front desk staff seems like they are there just to collect money. Not friendly and insightful at all.
For no explanation about the facilities etc at check in. When entering the lobby they just sit on a chair behind the desk without any acknowledgement.
There is an a company office in the same building as the the hotel and they might own the hotel . Seems like this is just a hobby or side business.
The location is about 10 min walk from Isahaya station and there is nothing surrounding the hotel.
For the price of little over 7000yen the amenities and service isn’t worth it.

所謂ビジネスホテル。ツインの部屋に泊まりましたが、何故かベッドの大きさが違いました。カーテンの先は扉が閉まっており、外が見えませんでした。他の口コミにある通り、朝食はお弁当です。長期滞在者は、部屋に洗濯機が設置されていたので、便利かと思います。

思ったより駅から遠かった、、周りにコンビニもないし。
フットマッサージャーはあまり使い物にならないし、ベッドも硬い。
ただ、水回りは清潔。部屋の臭いなどもなく、清掃はよく行き届いていると思う。

お風呂の洗い場と浴槽が分かれていて良かった。シャワーヘッドもミストに切り替えできました。水圧も充分！スリッパは出来れば使い捨てであってほしかったかも（シートだとずれるし、上側が…）。
ビジネス向けがメインなのか、女性が必要とするアメニティがほぼ無かったので、髪ゴムやコットン、メイク落としや化粧水などは準備してこないと厳しいです。
フットマッサージャーや空気清浄機、加湿器等が完備されてました。
