I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years and it is always clean with great service. I will stay again next time I’m in town. The new electronic check in process makes it easy for foreigners. The hotel is located in a very convenient place.

Excellent location! Daughter loved that 7-11 was next door. Close to all the Shinjuku sites/activities. Easy walk to train station or subway. Fantastic luggage storage on check-in/out days!

This hotel is close to the train station and restaurants. McDonald’s is right across the street. The staff are wonderful. The room is kind of small for 2 adults with 2 luggage. We made it through 3 nights.

Great location for walking to Shinjuku and local metro stations. On site coffee shop is handy but coffee isn’t barista made which was a little disappointing.
Staff at the hotel on our arrival were a little officious, which could be because the hotel is primarily a ‘business’ hotel. We didn’t feel especially welcome but this was outweighed by the room cleaning, services and additional products offered by the hotel.
Be careful in the lift, it’s quite dangerous!

This hotel was very convenient and very close to the Tokyo subway line that went to many desirable locations on one line. There were also convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops near by. I'm glad I chose to stay here instead of the heart of Shinjuku because it was very quiet, but you had access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Very clean, small rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Very convenient location. Took me 3min by foot from Nishi shinjuku station and 15min to Shinjuku station. The room was clean but
I didn’t get view from the room.

The location was nice. About a block away from a train station that can take you to most places in Tokyo. It's within walking distance to the more entertaining areas of Shinjuku, but far enough there aren't any touts trying to drag you off.
There isn't any active ventilation in the bathroom so there's a bit of mildew if you start looking for it. But the rest of the room was very clean.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions about checking out and luggage storage.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I chose this hotel on location and previous reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are slightlly larger than average for Tokyo and comfortable. The location was great with three subway stations within a few minutes walk and Shinjuku station only 10 minutes away. I didn't take the buffet breakfast but there are a couple of convenience store metres away and a cafe in the foyer. The rooms are cleaned every other day and the towels changed each day which was fine. Check in was self service but the receptionist did it for me and checking out at 04:30 for an early flight was no problem.

The staff was great! They attended all of our needs; especially, getting us a taxi to go to the airport at 2:00 a.m. I highly recommend them. The place was very clean and comfortable close to shopping stores.

This Hotel is around 15 minute walking distance from the Shinjuku shopping district away. The subway station is literally 1 minute away and there’s CVS, a supermarket and great places to chill around.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room size was solid since most of the Tokyo rooms are very small. All in all I can definitely recommend this hotel

I like that it's quiet yet walkable to the main shopping around (around 10 mins ). It has 711 and family mart in a few steps. Room is decent size!
