Do not go near this hotel. They are quick to take your money....then when you try to amend booking, they do not budge and refuse to assist. I tried amending my booking 5 months prior to travelling. They were not willing to accomodate my request and firmly told me that it was too bad. Terrible experience.

My stay at Oak hotel was pleasant. They have helpful and warm staff. Cleaniness was their hall mark. They have a great kitchen and comfortable rooms. I wasnt very pleased about their cancelation policy that forced me to take a room for two when I only needed one through no fault of mine. At least for customer friendliness some days could have been given on discount. I must say I was so disappointed with that especially looking at the money that I had to pay for just a 6days stay. I wouldnt pay that for a five star hotel for such short stay.

I was very happy with the value of this hotel! Rooms were quite small as well as the bathroom and the bed was standard, however, the rooms and overall facilities were very clean and the staff spoke English. The hotel was right next to a good metro station which made getting around not too difficult.

The rooms are small but this is Japan so it's not a complaint here. The hotel soap and shampoo are good quality and won't leave your hair and body feeling dry. Every day you get a fresh robe, towel, brush with tootpaste. Depending on what floor you stay the view is great. If you want a great view try to stay on the 10th floor. Everything is nice and clean. If you smoke you have designated spots and you won't disturb anyone as well but you cannot smoke in your room!!.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Whilst not being in the middle of the city, there were plenty of transport options as the subway was nearby. The staff were lovely and provided us with good advice for restaurants within walking distance, (if you plan on going, make sure to go to the ramen restaurant on the same road!). One of our favourite things about the Oak Hotel was that hotel guests have access to the balcony on the top floor which allowed for amazing views of the city and tokyo skytree, which was a great photo opportunity.

Found there to be a lack of room for luggage in the room. Also most hostels I am stayed in at this price point have a shelf or some room for things in your bed. This one wasn't as nice. Especially being on the top bunk it was annoying to not have room for things. However, things were in good shape and clean.

Staffs are good service. Location is near Morishita station just 5 minutes walk. There are many food shop nearby hotel Gindaco takoyaki, Familymart, 7-11 etc. It is very good to allow guest cooking in the kitchen at lounge 3F. Terrace, outdoor area is good for chilling. LIKE!

Our stay was great, didn't have to go anywhere else. The hotel is situated right in Universal City, walk to restaurants, train station, Universal City, shops etc. No need to go anywhere else. The hotel was lovely and the Hot Springs on the 31st floor overlooking Osaka is amazing.

El pedirle una extension de dos noches mas por que mi vuelo fue cancelado , el de recepción me estaba respetando el mismo costo, pero al llegar su gerente , le pidio que subiera a decirme los precios ajustados, y resulta que de pagar 17,000 yenes me lo estaban incrementando a 52,000 yenes . su unica respuesta del gerente es que asi estaban los precios alrededor. pesima experiencia, por supuesto que no acepte y de inmediato busque otro hotel a mejor precio y de mejor calidad. Tegan cuidado con los precios , me imagino que la ver que eres extranjero quieren abusar de los precios.
