Initially I had doubts since this hotel is quite old, but it turns out to be great. Everything in the room and bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staffs are helpful and communicative. We were staying as a family with kids and we had a great time.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good, about 10 min walking from the train station, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Room was big even for international standards, and huge compared to other places that we stayed at in Japan.

The room was very clean, cleaning staff brought towels everyday and my room was always spotless. There was a microwave at the end of the hall to warm up food and there were chopsticks and seran wrap, if needed. The laundry room was convenient and never busy. Checking in and checking out was easy and there was lots to do in the area. I went to Hiroshima and Osaka Expo while staying there.

A lovely stay for a young family of four. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The room was a decent size for us to comfortably sit and place our luggage. It’s walking distance to shops and convenient stores like Lawson or seven eleven. A comfortable stay, highly recommend.

Walkable from Okayama station. Good location with lots of dining options in the area. Room was one of the biggest I have had so far in Japan. Good selection breakfast buffet.

Great location. It's only a 7-10 min walk from train station. Tip: Exit main gate and then take escalator on the right to underground shopping area, walk straight down past Starbucks then take escalator or elevator (you will come out on the other side of the bus station). Then walk up that street about 300m to the hotel.
The room was clean and very spacious. There is a convenience store attached to side of hotel and 2 Shopping centres within 5- 10 min walk. Matsuya and Yoshinoya restaurants (cheap) 3-5 min walk.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. This hotel offers late check out at a cost of 1600 yen for 2 people per extra hour up until 3pm. Luggage storage is also available.
It was a very enjoyable stay. I recommend this hotel :)

Stayed 3 nights. Location is great, close to everything. Room was a good size & clean as usual. Staff are fantastic. I've stayed in many hotels in Japan & this has to be one of the best. I highly recommended this hotel & I will definately stay again.

When I asked hotel to hold my luggage’s after I checked out, hotel staff told me to not to leave it with them for too long and I need to come back asap, I had to explain that I’ll come back right after I picked up the car which is within 30 mins time. This is the first time I had this happened to me.
