I was very surprised, because the location of the hotel is interconnected with the Rinku-Town train station, maybe only about 50 meters (a very short walk). So it is very convenient if we come from Kansai International Airport and want to stay in the Rinku-Town Osaka area, only 1 station to Rinku Town. For breakfast, the location is also on the 21st floor, so you can see the surrounding city views with the beautiful sea of Rinku town. For those who stay at this hotel, there is a free shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport.

Easy and smooth check-in and check-out process. They have luggage storage to keep our luggage if we arrived before check-in time. A convenience store is in the lobby area. They have a small pantry where you can refill water and a microwave to prepare food on each floor. The location is just one station away from Kansai Airport, and they also provide a free shuttle bus to catch our morning flight conveniently. You only need to register for shuttle service on their website day before to secure your seat.

Very nice, comfortable and strategic hotel. Close to the station. Get off the train and walk to the exit gate, not far from the exit gate, you will find the hotel directly. For a Japanese hotel that is famous for being compact, this hotel is really spacious and very thoughtful for its room interior, hotel corridors, and spacious elevators. And the price is also a little cheaper than hotels in downtown Osaka. I really felt comfortable staying at this hotel even though it was only for 6 hours because the flight was in the morning. The staff were also very friendly, the check-in process was practical. If I visit Osaka again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's near Rinku Town Station. You can self check in and self check out. There are ice maker and microwave on every floor. You can see the city view from the OMO Dining restaurant, the breakfast buffet is delicious.

Located strategically 10 minutes away from Kansai International Airport, and it is located minutes away from the Rinku Town where you can shop from the budget-friendly items to high-end prices item. The hotel itself has a modern design and decent rooms. The room is clean and big enough to accommodate compared to other hotels in Japan. Facilities are more than enough, there is even a public bath or onsen here. Satisfactory level 5 staying here 😁.

We waited one evening for over 30 minutes for food that was not that great and a bit overpriced. When I booked it, I didn’t realize how far it is from the main areas we wanted to visit. We spent a lot in train fare to get to all the place we wanted to see because it is so far out.

This hotel was perfect for my late airport arrival. Right at the exit of the first train stop. Easy and fast self check-in, a helpful attendant stood at the ready to take any questions and guide guests to the elevators. Morning shuttle for those departing. Make sure to get a room with enough bed size to your liking. There were some extra mattresses in the closet of our room, however our family of four was fine without them.

We chose the hotel for convenience as it’s close to the railway station and provides a shuttle to the airport. Firstly you just walk out of the correct exit from the railway station and the hotel is right there! Also the shuttle worked perfectly. We appreciated the scales in the luggage storage room as we could check the weight of our carry on. All in all the hotel provided everything we wanted.

When looking for accommodations, i searched for properties with airport shuttle service so i picked OMO Kansai. When i reached out to the hotel regarding pickup location, i didn't get a response so the night i flew in, i walked all over the hotel shuttle depot but didn’t find a pick up sign for this particular hotel so i caught a train to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service is very limited and only one way, from the hotel to the airport. I feel the sight should specify limited shuttle service. I would've done a deeper dive into exactly what that translated to.
The room was your basic Japan room, small. No bottled water was provided and the absolute worst part of the room was the air conditioning. It's a blazing 34°c, aka 91.4°f and the ac is restricted to go below 23.5°c, aka 74 3°f. Unexceptable! A lot of guests left their doors ajar because the hallways were cooler. I will seek better accommodation next time knowing what i know now.

This hotel is okay but it really needs to work on their maintenance and staffing. For example, they could have put some vending machine on every floor. Maybe some bigger trash cans in the room. I stay there for 10 days. I only ask to clear my room one time but they never vacuumed the floor or the hallway. They have never offer clean towels and I have to ask every day. Our room is so dusty. OMG

When i reached out to the hotel regarding pickup location, i didn't get a response so the night i flew in, i walked all over the hotel shuttle depot but didn’t find a pick up sign for this particular hotel so i caught a train to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service is very limited and only one way, from the hotel to the airport. I feel the sight should specify limited shuttle service. I would've done a deeper dive into exactly what that translated to.
The room was your basic Japan room, small. No bottled water was provided and the absolute worst part of the room was the air conditioning. It's a blazing 34°c, aka 91.4°f and the ac is restricted to go below 23.5°c, aka 74 3°f. Unexceptable! A lot of guests left their doors ajar because the hallways were cooler. I will seek better accommodation next time knowing what i know now.

This hotel is okay but it really needs to work on their maintenance and staffing. For example, they could have put some vending machine on every floor. Maybe some bigger trash cans in the room. I stay there for 10 days. I only ask to clear my room one time but they never vacuumed the floor or the hallway. They have never offer clean towels and I have to ask every day. Our room is so dusty. OMG
