Very courteous staff. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Onsen was the icing on the cake. Little out of the way of Hirafu for nightlife but preferred to ski out of close by Annu Puri to beat the crowds. Found a hidden gem restaurant, Kobito, short drive or healthy walk from hotel.

The suite we had was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The building location does require driving for restaurants. We were surprised that many places are closed in this current season so food choices were more limited than expected.

Overall stay was positive, however travellers should be aware that during the “off season “ you will be limited of actives to do. Would highly advise to have your own car. Also, the resort charged a resort tax pp which was unexpected and disappointed.

I would rate the hotel as sufficient. They put us right next to elevator so it would wake us up throughout the night and morning clunking up and down. We really wanted to get massages but the massage service was closed. The website says room service is available but that was not correct. The shuttle bus schedule is also a bit confusing. Oh they had to enter our room multiple times trying to locate a leak in a service shaft/closet which was inconvenient. Breakfast is great. The onsen is nice....but the smell radiates through the entire hotel. A first for me with a hotel that has an onsen. For the price I'm not sure I'd return because of the issues.

The service was faultless - the staff were really lovely helpful. The breakfast was very special - abundant with Japanese and Western options - and with exceptional views from the 10th floor. The onsen was also a fabulous bonus and perfect for unwinding after a big day on the slopes. The hotel itself is looking a little tired and and could do with a refresh. And the location, close to Moizwa ski lifts, is not the best if you are after the best terrain - Annupuri or Grand Hirafu are much better. But the shuttle service to those nearby resorts was great. the pther option is to rent a car so you're not constrained by the shuttle service timnetable. Overall a great experience and good value.

Our room was a good size for a family of 5. The staff were excellent, but it appeared they were under staffed. Location was a bit out of the way, but niseko is small. The location was excellent for hitting a variety of mountains. The onsens was a bonus and well worth it after a days of heavy powder.

Very dated Hotel. The staff is very riged and only now how to follow there rules. Very poor Englisch skills. Hotel is out of the way and taxi service is not very good or reliable. If you want a hotel to stay with small kids and you are not interested in anything else, it might be ok.

Cleanliness is a significant concern at this hotel. The back of toilet bowl had visible fecal stains, and both the chair and sofa looked worn and were heavily stained. Additionally, the cabinet contained toiletries left behind by a previous guest. Overall, it gave the impression that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, which is quite disappointing for a hotel in Japan.

Booked two twin rooms. The rooms are huge and included a separate tatami room that opened up into the main bedroom so it made the entire area feel really spacious. Only one pillow per bed was provided so comfort levels are a bit lower. The bathing area, sink, and toilet are all separated. The sink in the toilet room does not have soap though and towel linens provided are quite sparse. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. We stayed here in the summer and loved how quiet the whole area is. The hotel does feel old and as it was not the busy season, quite a few of the hotel amenities were closed. The onsen was open though. I’d definitely return to this hotel because of how spacious the room is. Even though things are a bit dated, it was well priced.
