I booked this hotel for last 2 nights in Tokyo. The twin bed room says it sleeps 4. However, when my mother, who lives in Kawasaki, decided to stay so she can bring me to the airport back to Canada, was not allowed to stay in our room. I offered to pay extra for her but the staff refused to accommodate us and states that we would need to book another room and there is no room available. There was only me and my 2 kids in the room, so there is more than enough room for my Mom. And why put in the room description that it sleeps 4 when you cannot accommodate more than 3. It seems ridiculous to me. The dining room for breakfast is always full. We had to wait almost an hour to be seated and the food is just mediocre. I don't think I will come back in this hotel anymore.

Location is great with easy access to food, transportation, shopping, cultural experiences. Hotel breakfast is a good spread, rooms and common areas are kept clean. However, hotel main entrance is on the other side of the pickup / drop off point, making it a challenge to transfer luggage in the rain. Also, staff do not have ready knowledge of nearby medical personnel / facility during an emergency.

This place is great! The location is excellent—just steps away from Sensoji Temple and Nakamise-dori Street. There are tons of food options nearby, and it's within reasonable walking distance to several train stations. The mineral baths on the B1 level are a real highlight—I used them every day during my stay. They're clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Another fun touch is the late-night soba offering, which adds a unique charm to the experience. One minor complaint: the hotel has a strict no-shoes policy throughout, which is totally fine, and they provide a small locker area near the entrance for shoe storage. However, there's no proper seating area to change your shoes—just one small bench in an awkward spot. It's a small detail, but surprising that such a thoughtfully designed hotel would overlook something so simple and helpful. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I’d definitely recommend.
