子供と２泊しました。周りに何もないので、食事付きプランにしておいてよかったですが、メニューが同じだったので、２日目には少し飽きましたが、アイスの種類が多かったりしたので、子供たちは楽しそうでした。混雑はすごいです。エレベーターがなかなかこないので、思うように移動ができなかった。スタッフの人は皆さん親切でやさしかった。

今回は赤ちゃんを連れての家族旅行でした。
施設は古いながらも、ちいさなこども連れにはありがたい配慮がたくさんで助かりました。
食事のブッフェでは、月齢に応じた離乳食も用意されていたり、キッズスペースもあったり。
屋内プールや温泉、カラオケルームや卓球場など幅広い世代が楽しめるようになっていました。
全盛期知っていただけに、正直あまり期待していなかったのですが、レオマワールドと合わせてのんびり滞在できて良かったです。
施設も古いなりに、清潔感は保たれていました。また次回も利用したいと思います。

夕食のクオリティがかなり下がったような気がした。たくさんの数の宿泊数を捌くのには エレベーターも足りない。いくら待っても来ないし、来ても満員で乗れない。
設備は全体的に古くて、何かわからない機械音がずっと聞こえるような状態

部屋は普通に綺麗で快適でしたが、冷房をこちらでコントロール出来なかったのは不便でした。エレベーターもなかなかこなかったのが少し不満です。
総合的にはゆっくり出来て良かったです。

とにかく暑い。
施設が古いからなのか、エアコンが聞いていない。
客室へのエレベーターも一つしかなく、なかなかこない上、エレベーター前には扇風機。
ビュッフェはよかったが、暑いから全てにイライラする。
もったいない。
ロビーの受付も人が足らず、とても待たされる。そして暑い。とにかくイライラします。

メインのエレベーターが2台しかなくて、
1台工事中でとても混雑しててなかなか乗れなかった。１０階に宿泊したが、食事行くのに下のボタンを押しても上から降りてくるはずなのに１０階では止まらず２回素通りされた。
エレベーターに乗っている時に、開くボタンを押しているのに勝手に閉まってしまうし、小さい子供も一緒だったのでとても危険。チェットイン時に何の説明もなくとても不愉快だった。

娘、孫達と宿泊しましたが、エレベーターが少ないので、お風呂の時間とか食事の時間、チェックイン前、チェックアウトとかの混雑する時間帯は、中々エレベーターかこず、来ても乗れないの悪循環。食事の時間帯も決まっているので、ゆっくり食事をとることもできなかったこの２点以外は良かったです。
