The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and it was right next to the train station for easy transportation

This place is top tier . All the staff was friendly , the hotel it self has complimentary drinks, beer, candy for kids in the lobby with a nice hangout area. Has luggage storage if need to check out if you have a late flight. The train station is accross the street that will take you to tokyo in just 20 minutes . Also have an entire room with complomentery toiletries including kids pajamas , shaving razors, hair ties to the most minimal things.

A very clean and easily accessible hotel. Near train station and bus stops. Laundry very good although not cash, has to be done digitally. Rooms are spacious and well laid out with plenty of accessories.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location right across the street from the train station. The complimentary shuttle to Disney is a great plus, and the welcome lounge was a nice touch, though be prepared for a bit of a wait in line. A wonderful surprise was the foot massager in the room—perfect after a long day of walking. Dining options are limited onsite, so plan to eat at nearby restaurants. Overall, a great choice for convenience and comfort.

Wonderful large rooms. Excellent welcome lounge service daily. Great location for close restaurants. Only downside is it’s further away from the city for site seeing. But if your main focus is Disney - it’s a great location.

More like a businessman hotel, it's clean and comfortable and/but simple.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the spacious room and the amenities provided. Every night there was a Welcome Lounge with free treats and drinks for the whole family. The shuttle to and from the parks was always on time and never super crowded. Also appreciated the fact that the hotel was connected to a train station via a walkway. Lastly, having a 24/7 Lawson was nice too!

We absolutely loved the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. First, the room options for families were great. We had a 5 bed room that could have actually accomodated six if we used the sofa bed. There were four of us so we used the other beds for the luggage. The room and bathroom were super spacious. Everything was very clean at the hotel. They were doing work on the two floors above us but we never heard a sound and never saw a single worker (I assume they used different elevators). The hotel was exceptionally quiet considering there were lots of families staying here. There was very little road noise (could only hear an occasional siren but no car or truck noise) and we faced directly overlooking the street and train station. Excellent curtains as well that kept the room very dark if you wish to sleep in. The train station is extremely close and accessable via skybridge and the Keyo line will take you directly into Tokyo and also has other good connections from this line. The station also is attached to an Atre wich is something like a shopping mall + grocery store. There is another shopping mall just behind the station as well. Tons of restaurant choices and other entertainment, also only one stop from Tokyo Disney. The evening lounge open for guests includes free snacks, a cotton candy machine and free drinks (including champagne and beer).

Facility and staff were excellent. Close proximity to train station, shopping, food and Disney. If you are going to other areas of Tokyo is a bit of travel by train. Train system very simple to use. Hotel amenities were excellent, onsite laundry was a huge plus.

Very friendly staff

A great place to stay. Safe and close to all amienities. Friendy and professional staff. Located beside the main public transportation station, busee ans trains to take you to Disneyland or Tokyo within 20 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. Reasonably priced. I highly recomended.

Directly connected to TR TRAINS easy to get to Disney ( one stop ) and 20/30 mins to Tokyo station where you can catch trains to most places you’d want to go to. Ideal situation near food courts and shopping
