The front desk is open daily from 4 PM - 9:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is closed from 10 AM to 4 PM. Guests must vacate the property during this time. This property's entrance is locked at 9 PM, and late check-in is not permitted. Exceptions can be made for guests arriving on the 8:45 PM ferry at Otaru Port if they inform the property at time of booking. The Traditional room has sliding doors and does not have a sturdy lock.
