The most heavenly experience! Elegant and luxurious. We were in a king room, which was palatial, featuring lovely balconies overlooking the imperial gardens. The service was impeccable from magically instantaneous day cleaning to discrete turn-downs, including bottled water and chocolate. The all-day restaurant includes a tasteful and comfortable outdoor terrace that was cool and shady even in the intense Tokyo summer heat.

Staff was wonder, very polite and helpful. Breakfast service at the Grand Kitchen was nice for both a traditional Japanese breakfast or western style. The surrounding areas were mainly business so if your looking for a more lively place to stay this may not be it.

This is a fantastic hotel overlooking the grounds of the Imperial Palace. Everything about this hotel is first rate. The concierge was especially helpful; kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful for first time visitors to Tokyo. The restaurants are outstanding and the bars offer different options in comfortable settings. Very highly recommended.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! right in front of the imperial palace and spectacular views of the tokyo skyline from our spacious and super clean and modern room. The staff however, were the highlight, everything we requested and asked for was met quickly, and going above and beyond in some cases! I asked the staff downstairs if they can help me in finding baby goods for our son, they called up multiple chemists and supermarkets to ask and find out if they stocked the items we need. This is going to be top of our list to stay in next time we come to Tokyo!

Everything about this place is top notch--the facility, the location and especially the staff. We were treated like royalty here.
Earlier in our trip, we had stayed in Shinjuku because we wanted to see the sights in that area, but after visiting other parts of Japan, we returned to Tokyo and decided to check out this area near the Imperial Palace, Ginza and Tokyo station. We definitely enjoyed this part of the city more. If we ever return to Tokyo, the Palace Hotel will be our top choice.

Tokyo has lots of great top end hotels but none come close to the comfort and service of the Palace. The location directly opposite the Imperil Palace Gardens can't be bettered and the warmth of the welcome at check-in is enough to make you forget the 14 hour flight from Heathrow. This is arguably the best managed hotel in Asia and quite possibly the world.

First time in Japan and this was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to quite a few countries! Service and hotel is absolutely top notch! I’m not sure there is much better than this hotel, enjoy!
