これまで宿泊した施設の中で最悪。本当に気分の悪い旅になった。布団の数が足りなかったため、ホテル窓口に何度も何度も電話やメールをしたが誰も出ない。挙句、エクスペディアに連絡したらホテルを変更する羽目になったが、次のホテルへ移ったら追加費用を請求された。その後、エクスペディアに１時間以上電話をかけ続けても出てもらえず終了。このホテルもエクスペディアも二度と使いたくない。

ママ友3家族で滞在しましたが、広くて綺麗で母も子どもたちもとても満足でした。チェックイン時に寝室の一部屋が電球切れていましたが、電話したらすぐに対応していただいたりとスタッフ無人の施設でも不便は無かったです。アメニティも十分でしたし、近くにコンビニもあるので足りないものはすぐに買いにいけました。到着時は少し寂しい場所かと思いましたが、すすきのまで徒歩で15分ほどで行けたので立地もそう悪くないと思います。
