Really superb business hotel that took care of us well for Expo 2025! Awesome service, breakfast and the best shower head (pressure) ever - wish I could take that home. Only issue is the rooms are small and have closets.

Lovely hotel in Osaka. Very conveniently located right next to station. The staff were so helpful and friendly, my hair straighteners didn’t work in Japan and they offered me some to use during my stay which was so helpful.

Lovely hotel in Osaka. Very conveniently located right next to station. The staff were so helpful and friendly, my hair straighteners didn’t work in Japan and they offered me some to use during my stay which was so helpful.

We stayed at this property due to the convenience. The hotel is beautiful and offers delicious breakfast options. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience looking for a spot in the hotel to eat the pizza we ordered. The lobby is mainly just for looks and not to be utilized as a common area to eat. We were asked to leave rudely, not giving us options to eat our meal, but to in our rooms. We did not like the fact that our room would smell like food. It was not pleasant. I suggest the hotel needs to offer a space to eat available to hotel guests other than their rooms.

We spent all together 5 days total in this hotel. We appreciate all service and help they provided. Great breakfast, lounge and luggage storage help and every smiles from the staffs will always stay in our mind and remind us to make a choice next time we will be in Osaka.

Great hotel. You get what you pay for. Staff when checking in greet you and are quick and very nice. Rooms were a little smaller than expected but plenty big enough for 2 people and luggage. They were very clean and well designed. Train station is below the hotel and quick entry which was super convenient. Only issue we had were the washer/dryers. The drying cycle did not work well. I even took clothes out, maybe had two pairs of clothes and it still was not drying them well enough. So after the full 600 yen cycle plus another 30 min of drying we just hung the clothes up in the bathroom over night.

A really nice property with lots of space in the rooms. Very well finished for a cabin type apartment. Staff are friendly. Lots and lots of food options around the area and yes, there is a 7-Eleven downstairs.!

Great location for transport, served by 2 metro lines and close to a Jr station.
Main osaka/umeda station one metro stop away which links to airport.
7 eleven next door, lovely coffee shop next to reception and a 24hr supermarket across the road.
Great amenties at reception plus items for loan eg hair straighteners.
