It’s a really nice hotel to stay at the hotel staff are really friendly and helpful the rooms are nice and clean it the room is on the smaller side there is ample parking the facilities are nice

We love how big the room was and very clean. We love the layout of the bathroom too. The hotel is walking distance to the arena which made it convenient for our event. The Family Mart right by the hotel was also a wonderful feature.

Nice new hotel, but the beds are extremely hard and quite uncomfortable. The service is really good, though, and the restaurant is decent (better for lunch than breakfast, in my opinion).

ホテルは清潔感あり設備は必要最低限でシンプルな作りです。朝食ありのプランで3回利用しましたがビュッフェメニューも豊富で、自分も家族も大変満足していました。
ホテル近くに高速道路のインターンあるので、北部南部への移動も楽ですし、北谷にも車で10〜15分で行くのとができます。
宿泊期間でバスケ(琉球)観戦もしましたが徒歩でアリーナまで行くことができる点もGood

夜遅くついたのですが、インターフォンを鳴らしても受付のスタッフ反応なし、モニターに釘付け、奥から別のスタッフが出てきて開けてもらいました。非常に残念でした。
海外でもこのような対応はするスタッフは珍しいですよね。
