Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya

Loved the way the room is lay out. At first, it felt awkward to see the sink as soon as the door opens. But upon usage of the room, it then made a lot of sense to be able to use the space near the doorway with the sink. The only compliant was the noise level - we could hear very clearly the trains passing by on the track as late as near midnight and as early as 6am.

Conveniently located above a train station and close to bus terminal. Easy access to various tourist destinations. Rooms are cosy (small) but the view and modernness made up for it. Highly recommend.

Staff are great with excellent service

It was our first visit to Kobe and we stayed at Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya for two nights. The hotel was next to a JR train station and central to locations where many restaurants were located. It was a nice location and the room was spacious.

The room was laughably tiny with no place to unpack anything. They advertised a top floor lounge, but when we went there, there was a 5,500 yen cover charge to get a drink (plus the drink price).

The hotel wing is above the office levels. So that guarantees good views. The good. It's clean, modern looking and comfortable. There is a massage chair in the room! How awesome is that! It's connected to one of the train stations and the underground that links to all the other train stations. It's right where all the good food can be found and all the major malls and walking streets are within short walking distance. The self service area at the lift lobby with the toiletries and drip coffee etc was great! The drip coffee was fragrant and we couldn't help but take a few more with us. The bad The room was really small and cramped. I'm guessing it's more of a business hotel. So there isn't even a proper closet area and there's no space to properly open 1 large suitcase, let alone 2. The mattress was extremely hard and matched with the wrong soft lumpy pillows.

If you're not familiar with the area, it might be difficult to find the hotel entrance. I suggest you to do some homework. The hotel staff are great. The breakfast could be better. The location is perfect.

Fabulous hotel - very central and well equipped room. Great views too. Room was perfect for a solo traveller.

Hotel is connected to the train station. Surprise to have massage chair in the room. Love the view from my room too. Will stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and made everything like new again every time. Thousands of restaurants near by and the hotel elevator can be reached from within Sanomiya Station, so it could not be more convenient. It has to be the best location in Kobe.

This hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and easy access to shopping. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, and the view from the window is stunning. A great place to stay!
