Around the inn there are many restaurants, ranging from Mc MCC, ramain, and others. Next door to the hotel is Daiso. If traveling 3-4 people cheaper by taxi to Kawaguchi Station. The three of us got a room with view mount fuji, very beautiful and clear. Very enjoyable stay at Resort Inn Fuyo.

The hotel was really nice. The onsen was great to experience, a little nerve wrecking since it was our first time. Accidentally got the smoking room so it did have a lingering smell of cigs but I don’t think the non smoking room would’ve been different since the hallways also had that smell. The staff was friendly and helpful !

There was almost no english information for referrals to areas to visit, and the front desk had very little english understanding. The room had no comfort at all. One hard chair and a very hard bed.
I was reprimanded for wearing my shoes in the lobby. Apparently you can only wear shoes in half the lobby. There was a small plaque sign in the floor with instructions to take off your shoes.

This property was a little dated compared to some of the others we have stayed at. However, it was very clean and the customer service was top notch. The view of Mt. Fuji from the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The onsen was quite peaceful and relaxing with a mix of hotel guests and locals from the public. Lots of food options near the hotel and the breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. Great service from the front desk. Short walk to Fuji-Q from the hotel. Would stay here again for sure!

While the property and surrounding area were clean, exciting, and accessible, the property staff were not accommodating to my partner and I. We came to the restaurant at 21:55 knowing that the restaurant closes at 23:00. The restaurant staff informed us the kitchen would close at 22:00, and we agreed to sit and quickly place an order. However, moments later (before 22:00) the staff informed us that they would not take our order at all. The hotel staff were unwilling to advocate for us as guests to have the restaurant staff serve us. We were unable to find any food on-site following this interaction. This experience left us with a bad impression, and a concern that this treatment was because we are foreign visitors.

The property itself was great. I liked how there was an open bath. The beds were okay and the room itself was spacious. I didn't enjoy how far it was from everything but honestly that's just the area. The view of mount fuji was nice though from our window but that depends on the weather of course. Overall was a comfy stay.

Enjoy the public bath but no Fuji view; however our room can see Fuji mountain during daytime; no public bus near and need to walk awhile to get there if u don’t have car; no credit card allowed if u take taxi to get there and ready for cash if you don’t have paypay app for foreigner since u need Japanese no to use that app

This hotel is a terrific bargain if what you're looking for is a well-priced, great location, attentive staff, and on-premises onsen.
If you're sensitive to the smell of decades of tobacco use, this hotel is not for you. If you're tolerant of this issue and want the opportunity to enjoy windows that open, and old-school amenities and service, you will enjoy this hotel as much as I do.

The hotel is antiquated and the check-in process was amicable. However, the bedding and blanket in the room were damp due to humidity. Additionally, the room lacked Wi-Fi connectivity despite being advertised as having it.
