We travelled as a couple and stayed in this hotel on our last night before departure out of Japan, Narita. We chose this hotel due to its location, near the Narita Airport, and it has privileges of a free shuttle bus every one hour to the Airport. The location is good and accompanied by a convenience store nearby. Front desks were on point as they helped me a lot with quite okay English language. Overall a 5/5 experience. No complaint at all. Keep up the great work.

We love staying at the Richmond Narita it’s so close to everything easy check-in and checkout. Beds are luxurious

The hotel is clean. Staff are helpful. Smoking room was convenient. Breakfast is great and good value. The beds were smaller than we expected. Shuttle bus service was only available before noon. (Not sure about other hotels but I found it not convenient).

Good location for walkable sights in Narita. Hotel needs a refresh. Entryway carpets into hotel room were off putting. Bathroom definitely needed an update. Good location to Narita Kensei station. Check airport shuttle before booking as it’s only one way to Narita airport. Morning hours time slots only to schedule a drop off to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great room, not small like what’s usually available at Tokyo. Really nice spread for breakfast. Staffs were really kind and helpful, they helped me with my taxi booking each of the morning I was there. Will definitely be back.
