Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. Our room was a tatami, sofa set, and bed combo and was very spacious. It offered coffee beans with a mill and various tea bags. We didn't use our room bath as we bathed in the onsen which providedmany amenities.The room also provided a bag of amenities as well.
Overall, we had a lovely 2-night stay and would like to have stayed a bit longer just to relax in the room.

We all loved our stay! Our first ryokan experience with the kids and they had a fabulous time. The service was great, the food was delicious and we loved the nice touch of evening fireworks and games for the kids. Thank you!

I love this hotel so much that I wish I can stay there as long as I want. Therefore, I booked the room with private open-air bath and it's was worth to spent every second plus the view was breathtaking . Overall, I loved very much, the food , staff and the view. I will definitely recommended!

本身是預訂了天幕款式的住宿，晚上去到check-in時才知道原來住宿房間沒有洗手間，也沒有浴室，洗手間及浴室均需要走到外邊野外地方提供的共用洗手間及浴室，浴室還要每次只能一人入內洗澡，而且房間內連洗手地方也沒有，本來看到相片覺得很特色才預訂，不過幸好職員馬上幫我們查問附近同屬莊蝶旅館的温泉旅館有沒有房間，最後好彩可以轉到酒店去，不然有小朋友，晚上要用廁所也比較麻煩

スタッフの丁寧な対応と料理の美味しさにおもてなしの心を感じる宿でした。設備は新しくはないものの清潔で居心地も良かったです。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

È stata la peggiore esperienza. L’hotel è vecchio e polveroso, lo staff per niente disponibile.
Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio e ci viene comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata pronta alle 15;00 costringendoci ad aspettare fuori sotto la pioggia, visto che nell’hotel non c’è alcun ristorante. Abbiamo dovuto prendere uno shuttle bus per andare alla stazione di Toba alla ricerca di un ristorante.
Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo trovato l’ennesima brutta sorpresa al check out: tassa aggiuntiva per l’onsen che non abbiamo utilizzato e tassa aggiuntiva per il futon per nostra figlia. Viaggiamo molto spesso e questa è la prima volta che ci capita di essere veramente, veramente delusi e arrabbiati.
