위치 상당히 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 편의점과 맛집들.
숙소도 일본 리조트치고는 넓은 편입니다. 그리고 주차를 하시려면 미리 예약을 해야 주차 할 수 있어요. 밤에 폭주족때문에 쫌 시끄럽지만 아주 만족스러운 숙소였어요.

離美國村不遠，走路約15分鐘，美國村晚上拍照很漂亮。購物方便，旁邊就是全家，大馬路對面黃帽子後有7-11，7-11左轉還有一家大超市。停車位要先預約，旁邊全家雖然有停車場，但不能停。房間設備齊全，空間超大，洗脫烘一應俱全，沙發還可完全攤開當一張床。住宿期間沒有客房服務，管理員10點以後才會上班，英文不太好。

[空間明亮寬敞，提供免費洗、烘衣機]
格局為一大套房，包含相連的廚房、餐廳、客廳及臥室；獨立的廁所、更衣間和浴室。更衣間附有免費的直立式洗衣機(提供免費洗衣精)和烘衣機。
一張雙人床 + 一張單人床，雙人床下可拉出另一張單人床 (床單被套及枕頭放在衣櫃上方)。
*注意* 隔音極差，在大馬路邊幾乎24小時都有車聲。介意噪音的人千萬不要選擇此住宿。但對我們就如同白噪音，一樣睡得很好，所以不構成缺點。
[地理位置方便]
隔壁就有全家便利商店和數家評價不錯的餐廳。走路5分鐘距離有更多餐廳選擇。走路10分鐘就有San-A超市可以買熟食、水果、食材、伴手禮...等。
[停車]
有免費車位 (約6個) 但須事先預約。附近也有很多付費車位，一定有位置停車。

住宿期間是週五和週六，週五入住後發現枕頭只有3個（我們預定4人入住），櫃檯已下班，傳訊息給櫃檯沒有回應，沙發床沒有鋪床單，棉被只有兩件，等於沙發床無法使用，但住宿前有傳訊息詢問住宿方，住宿方表示沙發床可以使用。
另外車位需要事前預約，免費使用，傳訊息給住宿方可能需要很久才會得到回應。
週六晚上11、12點開始飆車族非常吵雜，如果怕吵的人可以考慮一下。
房間空間大，附近很多餐廳，距離美國村也不遠，生活機能好。

房間整體設備和潔淨度都非常好，我們帶着孩子來到入住，覺得很舒適的。
唯一奇怪的地方是，晚上時間大廈服務台是沒有職員，大門是可以自出自入。但白天的時候是需要門匙打開大廈的大門，但當時是有職員在服務處看守，為什麼需要這個不切實際的安排？而且我不知道門匙是可以用來打開大門，因為那個鎖是在牆上面，然後我向職員求救，他以一個不耐煩的態度指示我，但我聽不懂日文，所以有點不知所措。
晚上周圍都很多車聲，直至晚上11點左右，還好可以睡覺，而且孩子沒有吵醒。

全体的にコスパが非常に良い
室内は綺麗で、十分な広さ
何より乾燥機を含めたランドリーはホテルにない利便性。
難点をあげるなら、利便性と対になる国道沿い故の夜間の道路音が気になるといえば気になる
また、駐車場が狭い部分もあって気を使うっていう所かと。
100mも離れていない所にタイムズ駐車場があり、一晩停めても400～500円程度だったかと思うので気になるようならそちらを選ぶのもアリかと。
