Excellent stay. Lots of positives:
1. Location is very close to Hakata station. From there you can pretty much go anywhere in Kyushu. Plus there is a huge mall at the station, so easy to find restaurants.
2. Room size is also above average accrpding to Japanese standard.
3. The room came with a nice massage chair!
4. Very good breakfast with variety of choices, including many local cuisines.
5. Hotel also offer free coin laundary service!
6. They also offer free umbrella rental. Unusal for a business hotels.
Only downside I can think of, is that they do not have a printer. But there is just a printing company next to it so no issues at all.
Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Clean! Great location. Delicious breakfast buffet with great selection of food. Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minute walk to Hakata Station & 2 minute walk to 7-Eleven.

Great location, few blocks from Hakata Station
Front desk receptionists are professional and helpful. Clean is clean and up to date. Only gripped is the breakfast offered. Food selections are not appetizing, made the wrong choice of getting breakfast on our last day. Otherwise, i enjoyed staying and would want to come back again.

The property near to hakata station which make it easy to travel around. However if you are driving the parking lot is difficult to find. The property is quite old and room is small.

Relatively close to the station (probably around 10 minutes walk if you have big luggage to carry). Just need to ensure your luggage wheels are in good condition. Right opposite Yodobashi, so great for those wish to do shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located less than 10mins walking distance from the train station, many dining options and shopping around. However, the room and facilities are a bit dated, it will definitely need an uplift. Overall, it’s comfortable to stay in.

Location is great; only a 5 min walk from Hakata Station, 7-11 next door and restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast in the hotel was delicious! Room size is typical for hotels in the city in Japan (but small for American standards). We spent most of the day sightseeing and all we needed was a nice clean room to shower and sleep. This hotel was awesome and I would definitely stay again if we travel to Fukuoka.

Very close to the station so easy to just walk here from a train. Direct area around it is busy but a bit grimy. Still very walkable to shopping or to the street vendors

Nice hotel outlook and common areas but a bit old and lack of maintenance inside the room. Location is walkable distance to the Train station and a lot of eating places around the hotel location.
