We stayed 2x during this trip. our first stay the room was a little dim (due to placement of ceiling lights), 2nd time it was a different room same category but much brighter. Staff are great

This is the second time I stayed in Basics Fukuoka.
Staffs were very helpful and their english is good.
She helps me to call taxi, ship luggage via Yamato Transport, and upgrade my room as promoted.
The room itself is tidy, clean, and comfortable.
I am satisfy about the dollar that I spent here.
This hotel is a up-scale hotel, and I live in Chapter
3 this time. The washroom shower is amazing in Ch3. Very advance.

No dinner restaurant, and it was cold and raining. However around area there is lots to eat. There were 4 people with luggage and they made us take 2 taxis instead of calling 1 proper one, and we had to pay $300. Our room was for 2 adults and 1 child, there was no room for child on bed, it was uncomfortable. However, property inside is beautiful

This hotel is very convenient to the Hakata station, and very elegant. The walk-in shower room with a deep soaking tub was a plus. Our main issue was with the beds being placed side-by-side, abutting each other, as well as the lack of space on either side to get in and out of bed. In addition, the lavatory light annoyingly shuts off at inopportune times. And the staff were not as welcoming and helpful compared to other hotels on our journey in Japan.

Our room is as advertised, the bed was very comfortable and the shower system is excellent!
During our stay, there’s an issue with the exhaust fan which the hotel staff very quickly acknowledged and rectify by moving us to different room.

My experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. We walked from the Shin station. We arrived early and they happily checked our bags in while we went to Team Lab for entertainment. They helped arrange a Taxi to Team Labs for us. When we arrived back to the hotel, the check process was easy, even though I do not speak Japanese. They were very friendly and spoke English. The room was really clean and had pajamas and slippers for all 3 of us. I really liked their soaking tub and rose bath salts.

I liked the fact that it was quiet and quite large for a japanese hotel. The staff were really nice. I liked the place. It was about 7 minutes from hakata station and right in front of a park. Nice.

Staff was helpful in rendering help to locate shops and provide directions! Concierge helped to call for early morning taxi for morning flight, est Yen2000 fare to driver, around 15 mins to airport!

Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly, and the location is close to many wonderful shopping areas and food selection.
Only down was the room was sooo hot even with the windows open we were sweating. The best feature in the room was the ceiling fan which is the only added feature so we could at least sleep comfortably

A very nice hotel. Room is not very big but somehow felt spacious, especially comparing with topical Japanese hotel rooms. The front deck lady was super nice and helpful.
Breakfast has high rating, but I found was OK. Love the lobby and the wall paper in the room, which make the hotel special.

The check in area is impressive looking when stepping in for the first time. The reception staff cannot speak english well so it led to a bit of guesswork. The rooms are ok sized, not too big, not too small. Bed is very hard though and pillows are too soft. Overall, its an ok stay. Probably wont be coming back
