The hotel is 5 seconds away from Kitamoto Station, and 50 minutes away from Tokyo Station. Very convenient, quiet and nice. There is also a big hot bathtub, which helps you relax after a day of hard work.

Located in an excellent location, a minutes walk from Kitamoto Station. The spa is great. The breakfast buffet is okay. I would like some extra stuff for the buffet to make it closer to 10/10.

The hotel was very comfortable. But it is not tourist friendly. What I mean by that is there should be more signs in English and in other foreign languages. Because at this time there are a lot of tourist Visting Japan. I speak fluent Japanese but I noticed that there should be songs in English.

Staff is friendly and helpful to foreign travelers. Room was clean and comfortable, and there’s a nice breakfast buffet from the lovely cooking staff. Located just steps away from the station. Great stay!

You can see the hotel from the platform when you get off the train...Friendly staff, good amenities, room is not as small than we think (15sq m) , love the FREE ramen very night. Breakfast was good (we pay at hotel). Food places and shopping on the opposite side of train station exit.

サービスの夜泣きラーメンが昨年お世話になった時に食べそびれたのですが、時間延長になったために、いただくことができました。ふりかけご飯も食べれて美味しくいただくことができました。フロントのスタッフも優しく対応してくれました。
大浴場もあり、リーズナブルで駅近で希少価値のあるシティホテルです。

建物も綺麗で、スタッフの方々の対応もすごく丁寧で、とても良かったです。
夜泣きラーメンのサービスや大浴場など、コスパも最高でした。
1点だけ少し残念だったのは、5階の部屋だったのですが、5階に喫煙室があり、タイミングによっては廊下やエレベーターの前のあたりまでタバコの匂いが広がっていたので、タバコの匂いが苦手な私にとっては、そこだけ辛かったです。
2階から4階までも客室となっておりましたので、タバコを吸わないお客さんは、出来れば２階から4階を案内いただけると助かります。
ただ、また埼玉に来ることがあれば、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。

駅前なので立地は良いですが、車だったのパーキングがないのがマイナス点。
2泊だったので、24時間パーキングに入れて1度支払いして2泊目と言った感じ。
24時間1,000円なので2,000円で済みましたが。
連泊だった為、お掃除の人に直接ゴミ等を渡しましたが、対応が凄く良かったです。
チェックアウトが10時は早いので、12時まで延長させてもらいました。料金は宿泊代の30パーセントなので、さほど高くはありません。
