Big and clean room, with bonus of Mt fuji view. Wonderful onsen.
Cannot walk from Kawaguchiko station. Need to arrange free shuttle service with hotel.

We just enjoyed every single moment of our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a room with mt. Fuji view and the view was AMAZING!!!
I definitely recommend this resort and I will for sure stay there once more if I am to visit this area again.

We booked the largest room size and everything nice. Some furnitures were getting old but still okay to use. The view to see fuji is very best! Many facilities to use such as onsen and karaoke.

ถ้าอยากหาโรงแรมที่เห็นวิวภูเขาฟูจินั้นอาจจะตอบโจทย์ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศด้วย แต่ที่ไม่ปลื้มมาก ๆ คือลักษณะดีไซน์ห้องที่ผนังห้องนะหว่างห้องนอนและห้องน้ำมีช่องขนาดใหญ่ที่ทำให้เวลาเปิดไฟในห้องน้ำก็สว่างทั้งห้องนอน ! อีกทั้งประตูห้องน้ำก็ชำรุดแต่ไม่ซ่อม คือเนื้อไม้ของประตูแยกแตกออกจากกัน เวลาเปิดปิดเหมือนจะพังลงมาได้เลย ยังมีโคมไฟที่พัง ที่แค่จับเบา ๆ ตัวครอบโคมไฟก็ร่วงลงมาทันที แจ้งพนักงานให้มาซ่อม บอกว่าตอนเช้าจะมาซ่อมให้ แต่ก็ไม่มาซ่อม จนเช็กเอาท์แล้วก็พังอยู่แบบนั้น อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลายเท่าไร แต่มีหมูให้ย่างกินเองที่โต๊ะ เนื้อหมูย่างจะแล้วแต่ความชอบของแต่ละคน ถ้าไม่ชอบก็คือจะไม่ค่อยคุ้มค่าเท่าไร

It has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji just outside the window. The breakfast buffet and high-level dinner are delicious dine-in options. Furthermore, the staff was patient and helpful.

Spacious room with full Mt Fuji View is wonderful. Facilities are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. But the location is quite far away from the station. Transportation only limited to shuttles and taxis. Shuttles provided only with reservations in advance. No restaurants and shopping stores around. The breakfast just so so, mainly Japanese breakfast with a little choices of breads.

Absolutely disappointing! The pictures are not at all accurate to the hotel's actual condition. Everything is very worn out, beds are terrible, the hotel is very old... not a pleasant stay, we even checked out after one night to move to a different hotel, and the penalty they charged was over what was stated in the cancellation policy, but as they did not have English speaking staff, it was impossible to argue.
Also, the area is not nice at all, there are very limited food options around, and the hotel breakfast was very bad.
