The location was great a five minute walk from the train station. There’s a Family Mart right next door and the Uni Mall underground entrance in front of the Family Mart. The staff was friendly, room was clean, there’s a laundry room with vending machines and microwave. I recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved the hotel and stay! Family Mart right at the lobby. Breakfast lunch n dinner always available, and we loved the free coffee! Super clean.

Conveniently located next to Nagoya station and several places to shop and dine nearby. We stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect spot for those who explore all day and come back to hotel in the late evening. Has all the amenities needed, and family mart connected to the hotel.

5 minutes walking to subway at Internation center. 7 minutes walking to bullet train station. Hotel is attached to Lawson and the underground access U12 to uni mall is right in front of hotel.
Unimall can connect to Nagoya station.
Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.
Staff is helpful, can help travelers to ship luggage via yamato transport.
Price is really good, in my case.
The hotel is a bit old, and they are doing renovation on top two floor when i stay there at end of February.

The hotel is conveniently located just about 5-10 mins walk from Nagoya station which can be reached via the underground shopping street or just walking down the street and crossing a few roads.
There is a Family Mart just downstairs and I found a few great restaurants in the same block. Also Ichiran Ramen is just 2-mins walk away in the next block.
Check in/out was hassle-free with the self-service machines and the staff was readily on hand to assist with the process.
The room was nice and clean and refreshed daily.
I appreciated that they provided bottled water in the room daily (as opposed to their sister property in Osaka where I had to collect daily at the reception).
There is also a common bath on 2F for guests but I did not use it during my two nights there.

Took a while to find the hotel when checking in. After that realised you can walk via the underground tunnel and exit. Convenient and will stay again in future. Thank you.
