スタッフさんがとても親切でした。他の言語は分かりませんが、韓国語対応のスタッフの方もおられます。アメニティも豊富で、トイレとお風呂が別で嬉しかったです。掃除も行き届いており、建物自体の古さ等(サビや欠損)も感じませんでした。目の前にコンビニとタイムズカーシェアがあり、身軽で泊まれるのも良かったです。

We absolutely enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Great breakfast and services all around! The laundry machine on-site is a huge plus and you can check the progress of your laundry at your room via TV. We would love to stay here next time when you visit Hakata.

The staff were amazing and the room wasn’t as tiny as some others, also within 10 minutes walk from Fukuoka Hakata Station. However the breakfast was not very satisfactory for western tourists as almost everything was Japanese food which we enjoy just not for breakfast please. The chairs were mostly dirty and stained and coffee was just instant coffee from a machine, not expresso.

I have enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and within close walking distance from Hakata station. The front desk receptionist (Ms Wan 溫) has performed excellent services for our stay. She is very pleasant; friendly and helpful and has met with our satisfaction. I am very impressed by her good attitude and she always show her enthusiasm to help and answer our questions with her best knowledge. A great hotel staff from the organization.

Check in was smooth. Front desk staff is helpful but could use a bit more tact to manage non speaking Japanese language client. The male staff are more patient and empathetic compare to the female counterparts. That is my personal encounter. Overall, it is a well located hotel. Nearby has convenience store and ramen shop which is very yummy. Rooms size is adequate if you do not have more than 2 big luggages and small baggages. Problems to hang more clothes as the open wardrobe is small. Safe box is provided and easy to use. Daily replenishment of water which is very much appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality and assistance once again to the hotel.
