Clean room, nice place to stay if you have to catch a morning flight, breakfast is delicious with a variety of menus. It's close to a new shopping and food area at Fountain Garden, just a few minutes' walk inside terminal 3. Very recommended.

I was told i could check in early for a small fee, so i paid the early fee + room fee, then the receptionist said it would be at 12. I had an international flight where I'd need to be checking in 4 hrs early at 1pm. So she misled me and without apologizing, asked me to pay for yesterday + today + tomorrow for my 7 hour stay. So disappointing! Then inside the room, there's no privacy for bathroom to bedroom, youre on full display through glass and no curtains or walls. To make it worse, during my sleep, someone kept banging "HOUSE KEEPING" and when i called back and said no thanks, he went crazy and continued banging until i had to explain i JUST checked in and there's nothing to clean Total waste!

Very convenient due to being in terminal 3. Had a long layover and this hotel was simple to access and the rooms are very efficient and well organized. Perfect for travelers. The resturant has excellent food and a good variety of western and Asian choices.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Haneda Terminal 3. A good choice for people to get in or out quickly. The restaurant serving the breakfast has a nice view of Bay bridge, a quiet getaway from T3 crowds. The breakfast doesn't have as many choices as other hotels. My room is at a floor below the lobby, the corridor is a bit dark, and the room design is strange, as reviewed by many already. But it serves the basic functionality.
