a pleasant stay experience, just walking distance to tokyo disneyland. The room is spacious and for 4 people can sleep comfortably in each bed.. The service is very good and the room is always cleaned and you get 4 bottles of drinking water.. very satisfied staying at this hotel.

Everything, my daughter and I loved how close it was to Tokyo disneyland. Although you needed reservations to eat at the restaurants, there was plenty of availability. Great ammenities! I would definitely book again..

I attempted to cancel my stay within hours after the cutoff time (Japanese local time vs US local time discrepancy) due to an unforeseen and ongoing medical issue and was told I couldn't cancel. The trip was insured through their site, so I contacted the insurance provider and was given the run around and then ignored. I will be complaining to Disney, Hotels.com, and the State of Washington Insurance Commissioner. Why is it so hard to do right by people??

The best thing about this hotel is that it's situated directly across from the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland Park and two stops away from DisneySea on the Disneyland Resort monorail line. However, the hospitality of the staff, convenience store, and hotel store selling park merchandise made the experience even better. I felt spoiled by the great experience and it will be hard to stay at a non-Disney hotel else after this.
