Though the room looks small, it had everything you'll need including a washing machine and the detergent, so it was extremely convenient. There's also a water dispenser, so you can get water at any time. Many food places around and 5 mins to the train station!
Very convenient stay. The room is not too small, enough to open 2 big suitcases. It has a microwave and laundry machine. And the location is very near downtown but yet still manages a quiet feel around it, so you can rest mid-day from strolling around and get right back to your shopping-eating routine.
Centrally located, easy access to iconic places. Clean and comfortable rooms, best facilities. Washing machine available so you don't have to store dirty clothes during your vacation! Yihi.
there was parking right next to the hotel, the hotel was close to many restaurants and local sights, the staff polite and very helpful,one piece of my luggage was accidently not put into my taxi buy the driver, it was found on the sidewalk back in Kyoto by a staff member.On reaching my new Htel in Sapporo, with their help and the help of my previous Hotel,i was able to be reunited with my luggage after only 4 days, Many thanx to Hotel Tokyu stay for your time and effort.10/10
The room was very clean when we came in, but there was a light bulb left on the bathroom counter assuming that it was recently changed. Also very spacious and conveniently located next to many stores, restaurants, and entrance to stations! The AC did freeze up on the first day (literally ice came out), but all was well after we let it rest a bit. The best part was the in-unit laundry which made it so convenient for us to have clothes available throughout the trip. Staff were all very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s staying in Sapporo.
