The shower curtain really smelled. They remodeled the common area so the common area is really nice with really nice coffee machine.the washer dryer in the room in convenient.

The property was not comfortable or clean.

Lovely hotel, staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was very clean and well equipped. You get pretty much everything you could need (cutlery, crockery, soap, toothpaste etc). The washer/dryer was really nice to have, since you don't have to pay for laundry. The TV in the room was huge although there was no hdmi cable to plug a laptop in which would have been nice, although one can be bought for cheap. The location is really nice, being about a 5 minute walk from yotsuya station and about a 40 minute walk to shinjuku. The only thing i wasnt really a fan of was the bed, the pillows were pretty uncomfortable and the mattress was quite stiff, but overall a great stay and id highly recommend.

There is a washer in your unit. Everything is what it looks like in the picture. Also, it is less than a seven minute walk to the subway.

Excellent service , friendly front staff . They even offer seasonal gift box for customers. The room is spacious and clean with washer inside, very well-equipped.

I arrived early and appreciated that the hotel stored my luggage. However, check-in wasn't processed until later, even though they had my passport. Still, it was thoughtful that they placed my bags in the room before I returned. The staff’s English was limited, and the early morning receptionist wasn't very polite – possibly just not a morning person. The room itself was a letdown. It was dusty and musky, and I had to open the window to air it out. The toilet had a strong mouldy smell, with black mould visible on the tiles. Dust was present on the floor, bedside tables, and the basin had stains and watermarks. Clearly, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. While it’s a 3-star hotel, I’ve experienced far better standards in similar-rated accommodations. The hotel follows eco-friendly practices, so room cleaning is only done every five days. Towels can be changed upon request. A plus point is the in-room washing machine with a dryer function. Convenience is the highlight here. There’s a drugstore (10am–10pm) and 24-hour Family Mart just below. It's also a 3–5 minute walk to Yotsuya JR and Metro stations. Car rental shops (Nissan and Nippon) are right across the street. Parking was great – 1,500 yen per night for a reserved spot directly behind the hotel, which worked perfectly for my rental car. Good location, but poor cleanliness. Not ideal for guests particular about hygiene.

Everything was perfect for what we needed, while staying in Tokyo. Very accessible to the train and easy to get around.

Really convenient location. Shinjuku 40 minute walk or short journey on the train. Train station is so close, and lots of cheap options for food around the area. Great stay!

Excellent location

Location is great where it is decently close to the Yotsuya station. The room is not the largest but sufficiently spacious for two travelers with two luggage pieces for each person. Breakfast option is interesting as you pick up items and cook your rice using a portable rice cooker provided. Great experience.

One reception staff member was rude, the room was dirty, smelled stuffy, mouldy and musty. There was a beer bottle with cigarette butts on the balcony that made the room smell of cigarettes. We booked a non smoking room. The curtains were mouldy and there was hair on the walls and carpets. This hotel needs a major upgrade, it’s very dated. Housekeeping only change towels and empty bins but don’t clean or make the bed. I would not stay here again. It was however handy having a washing machine in the room and the location was good and close to the train station.

Overall it was a good stay. Area to improve are 1) shower head was leaking water, which resulted in water going everywhere; 2) water in the tub did not drain fast enough which left it pooling while showering

It was easy to check in and check out. Had all the amenities, especially the washing machine and dryer in the room and small kitchen/sink. Not to mention free Costa Coffee at rest area. The staff were helpful in getting my luggage transported to next destination too.
