In most respects the hotel is excellent, the exception being its breakfast, which is a ripoff. Previously, we stayed at another Tokyu Stay hotel, which offered an modest but acceptable breakfast. At this one, however, the breakfast consisted of "take it to your room and prepare it yourself" offerings, most of which were a bother to prepare and mediocre at best. So, skip the breakfast! You can buy better things at nearby stores to prepare yourself or try one of the nearby coffee shops.

I used to like staying at the Tokyu Stay chain as the ones I stayed at Yutenji and Shimbashi were clean and having a washing machine in room was super convenient. This branch however, fell short in terms of cleanliness. We stayed 4 nights, one of our rooms stink of food and the smell would not go away the whole duration. One of our rooms' toilet smelled of bad sewage that also lingered despite using the room spray. The shower curtain had signs of mould on it. The rooms were also dusty due to the carpets. The carpets along the corridors also had food and oil stains the first night we were there, as though the trash was being dragged through it.

Good location, close to train station. Nice neighbourhood, quieter then busier spots like Shibuya, Shinjuku but still lots of shops and restaurants around.
Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Would be nice to have more space in room, potentially having only one table instead of two. This was a minor inconvenience as we were out most of the day.
Despite the renovations in the hotel, we did not have any disruptions at all.

I love Tokyu Stay, especially Yotsuya. I've stayed many times. The room's spacious, and it has washer/dryer in each room. It's quiet and very comfortable. I felt it's getting old, but I still love it.

They are in the midst of a construction in their courtyard. So we couldn’t experience that. Hotel was decent, close to the train station and some shops. If you’re looking for a basic hotel as a home base for your trip, this would suffice.

The property is a good size. Staff was also very helpful. Unfortunately, our air condition in the room was not working. It would turn off by itself and will not turn on after a long time. The bathroom also had a foul smell that could be coming out from the drain.

This hotel is OKAY at best. You’re really just paying for the washer/dryer in room which kept popping up error codes for me and took 2 hours to dry small loads. Furniture is outdated and the room just smelt and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Scuffs on the wall, corners of the bathroom dirty.
The staff were nice for the most part but my wife and I requested to check out early so we could stay somewhere else and we couldn’t get a refund so we tried to make the best of it. It was a 8-10 minute walk from the station and there’s a FamilyMart outside which was convenient. This hotel was overpriced in my opinion, but the rooms were a lot bigger than your typical japan hotel room. Bed was also just okay, nothing special and pillows were small.
If you want a bigger sized room outside of the main touristy areas with a washer and “dryer” and don’t mind outdated furniture? then this one’s for you. Would I stay here again? Probably not, especially not for $200 a night.
