駅前の便利な立地で飲食店も豊富、平和記念公園からグラバー園、出島まで長崎の観光スポットは簡単にアクセスできる。スタッフも丁寧。朝食の皿うどんはとても美味しい。また泊まりたい。

This hotel was about a seven minute walk from the station and not too far from the electric street car. It had great facilities and the breakfast was delicious.

We got new building & got 13th floor / 14th Nice view & new room, not so big room but enough space Bit tight bathroom but we managed it Free breakfast !! Excellent, appreciated Check in / out by machine but staff was always helpful

Good budget hotel in a great location, 10min walk from the JR station and 10mins further to YouMe shopping centre near the port. Tram station outside the hotel to the Peace Park, 120yen/adult, 60yen for children each way. Breakfast was basic buffet, Japanese. We had a 3 night stay and had to vacate our room each day for most of the day, so not a good place to stay if you want to rest up. I thought only hostels kicked people out in the middle of the day. We kept our room key and just let ourselves back in when we felt like it. Staff were friendly and efficient, and spoke enough English.
