施設は綺麗だし、スタッフの対応も良かったが、禁煙室がとれずやむを得ず喫煙部屋になったが、加湿器を使うとすごいたばこ臭くて無理だった。そこはなんとかしてほしい。

Everything was poor. For Japanese standar I felt like staff was tired or not happy doing their job. Checking time was 4 P.M. while in other hotels was 3 P.M. I arrived at 3:10 and they did not let me in. A lady was going to give the key but a young man told her that was not the time for checking in. I saw other people registering before 4 and letting them in, so I felt disappointed. The room was very small.

朝食8時半頃に行ったら…パンが１個も無かったので伝えると終了しました。って…
数に限りが有ると言われてたら、もう少し早く行くし、モット諦めもつくけども…朝は基本的にパン食なので…食べたかった。
しかし…その後厨房に補充するパンを見てしまった…その後に、パン有りましたとか〜の声掛けか？見えない様にして補充する配慮をお願いしたいです。食べてる最中に見えると…対応に良い気がしませんでした。
チョットした心掛けで、受け取り側の気持ちも変わります。

予約時禁煙部屋の空室がなかった為
喫煙部屋を選択していました。
チェックインの際にダメ元で禁煙部屋の空きがあるか伺ったところ、
1部屋あるけれど前回宿泊のお客様が空調機の音がうるさかったどのこと｡
決める前にわざわざ内覧を一緒にして下さいました｡
私は気にならなかった為､その部屋に決め､
快適に過ごすことが出来ました｡
大分に宿泊の際にはまた利用したいです。

14階に宿泊したが、一晩中10秒毎に「ガタガタ！」と設備が鳴り響く音がして寝られなかった。一睡も出来ずに翌日の仕事に支障が出た。
二度と泊まらない。

大分駅近くで、周囲には飲食店も、買い物するところもたくさんあり、便利です。ビジネスホテルなので、華美ではありませんが、環境に配慮して、ガウンや洗顔、歯ブラシなどは、ロビーで必要なものだけ利用するスタイル。ベッドはセミダブルでゆっくり休む事ができました。朝食が無料でついているので頂きました。種類は多くありませんが、味つきご飯と団子汁が美味しかったです。大分駅にはパンやさんやお土産店舗も充実しているので、帰る前に買って帰る事が出来ました。
