This hotel was not the nicest and I wouldn’t stay there again. The bed mattress was rock hard and I struggled to get any sleep. The air conditioning was noisy too.
The room was small and a bit pokey the view out of the window was scaffolding and someone’s greenhouse.
It had the feel of a hostel and the restaurant area was like a school canteen vibe.
The check-in and checkout were painless enough.

Very close to the train station and we also used the free shuttle from shinagawa station to the hotel.
Personel was very helpful.
The luggage storage worked great as we didn’t fly out till 8:54pm.
Breakfast was ver good, great selection.

Friendly, English speaking staff. Loved the free shuttle to Shinagawa Station! Room and restroom were clean. Water pressure was extremely good haha. Room was on the smaller side, but we only stayed 1 night so no biggie. Only downside was the 4th floor reeked of smoke smell... we held our breaths waiting for the elevators. Surprisingly, the smoke smell did not really penetrate into the room. Overall, would stay again on a different floor if we needed a 1 nighter to hold us over.

This property is very close to the Tennozu Isle monorail station which gets one to and from Haneda airport. They also have a daily shuttle that takes you to the Shinagawa Station. The property is clean, has washers and dryers, and breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9 am daily.

It is business hotel without doubt but recent years many foreign tourists are using for their accommodation in Tokyo. Free shuttle bus from Shinagawa station, and free breakfast are priceless, I always use this hotel when I need to stay at Tokyo.

Everytime we stgay in Tokyo we use this hotel. It is clean and safe bussiness hotel. Free Breakfast is perfect for starting the day and always very busy time in the early morning.

Super comfortable bed and tidy room. You can walk around the hotel and there’s nice restaurant near the river. I especially recommend the breakfast buffet. Their croissants are very delicious!!

The room was standard, with all the usual extras. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but it did get very crowded and some people were being rather greedy with the little pastries. The hotel bus to Shinagawa station was convenient, especially when loaded with baggage. Lots of eateries and amall supermarkets in the block around the hotel.

It provides a free shuttle from/to the Shinagawa Station (like every 10-15 min) and basic breakfast from 6:30 to 9:00. The Walkable neighborhood (well, I guess most of Japan is pretty walkable) is near a monorail station, 7-11, a grocery market, and restaurants. The bathroom is small, and the room doesn't offer anything special but is well-maintained and clean.
