very impressed their service mind.
I felt my room was very cold since my body condition was not good. Next in the morning, I ask to their crew who working in front desk, but despite of their lack of English skill, they kept tried to solve my problem. After when i came back to the hotel, Very kindly, she wrote Japanese word and paste on my room key to operate heater in my room.
overall, I was very pleasant during stayed in this hotel. I would like to visit this hotel again.

接客は良いが、エアコンのホコリや風呂場の鏡の縁の腐食など部屋がダメ。外は風俗店の呼び込みがいて治安もいまいち。タオルは追加が有料。廊下はベランダを改造したもので、避難はしごがならんでいてガタガタ。となりの音も筒抜け。

エリアに関しては、なんでもあります。コンビニ、食べるところ、歓楽街。
駅からも近いですし、困ることはないです。
今までに東横インには何回も泊まりましたが、ダブルの部屋が1フロア４室というのは
初めてでした。
とはいえ、中身は問題なくゆったりとできました。

駅から至近で便利なロケーションでした。が、建物がワンルームマンションをリノベーションしたような作りだったこと、受付のスタッフさんが声しいが小さく私にはちと優しさ、ホスピタリティに欠けるように思えました。（お疲れだったのでしょうが・・・）この点が少し残念に思います。

全体的な印象としては可もなく不可もないというところです。
ホテルはちょっとした商店街の中にあり、周辺にはスーパー、コンビニや多数の飲食店があり、駅からの5分ほどとそれなりに便利です。
客室は外廊下に面していて敏感な方なら周辺の飲食店のにおいが気になるかもしれません。
