Trust Hotel

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations! Although it is far from tourist places in Hiroshima, it gets a 10/10 for the following reasons. First, the public bath was amazing and I loved the free face lotions they have in every bathroom. I got a cabin room and even though it looks small, I slept very well. Finally, the breakfast was amazing and I loved how they had Japanese and Western breakfast buffet options. If you plan on visiting Hiroshima, I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel.

Everything was perfect

Nice that I had a tv and a lot of space in addition to the bed. The rooms are not fully soundproof but most people are out during the day. I also liked the bathhouse on the lower level. You even get pajamas during your stay.

Trust the Trust hotel. Excellent everything including breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent capsule-style hotel within easy walking distance north of Hiroshima station; the semi-private cabin was decently sized, the shared facilities well maintained and the private bath on the basement floor was much appreciated (and tattoo friendly too).

Booked this place online coz it looks like a good deal but ended up being a scam! Though online costs say everything is included, at check in they asked to charge extras like cleaning fee and if you don't pay they refused to let you check in. If it's not so late in the evening would have gone elsewhere but ended up paying more than 3 times the original price online and wasted lots of time and lost trust and this place! Also breakfast looks pretty good as to first but they are looking behind your back the whole time at what's supposed to be a buffet. Super unprofessional place, Definitely go somewhere else, this is the worst hotel in Japan and maybe even the whole world

Probably the best hotel I stayed at during my month long trip in Japan. Clean, friendly staff, small room, good breakfast, close to the station.

Enjoyed my stay, easy to find.

部屋に入るとカーペットに水溜まり。 エアコンの調子が悪いとの事。 7月半ば、かなり暑いのでエアコンを付けない訳にはいかず、でも水がボタボタが落ち続け、なかなか寝付けず。 廊下を歩いていると、ポタッと冷たい物が頭に、、、廊下の空調の周りも水漏れの痕があり、赤くなっている部分も。 建物は綺麗な感じで、お掃除の方も良い方だったので残念。 それからフロントデスク。 チェックインを終えて、20分ほど経ってから質問したい事があったのでフロントデスクへ。 すると無人のフロントデスク(フロントの人がチェックインする時に顧客を確認するパソコンの前)に私のパスポートのコピーが、まだそのまま置いてありました。セキュリティ面は良くないと思いました。大事な個人情報です、誰にでも見れる所に不用心に置いてあるのは頂けないです。 しかもチェックインの時私のパスポートを確認したにも関わらず、"ooさんで合ってますか?"と全く違う人の名前を行ってきたのにはびっくりしました(性別も明らかに違うのに)。 唯一良い点は無料の朝食。 パンがすっごく美味しいです。

Easy walk from the station, approximately 10minutes. Convenient stores nearby and lots of food options near the station. I tried the capsule room and it was very roomy. I had a pleasant night as the other guests were also courteous and noise was kept minimal.

We're family of 4 pax and really glad to stay at Trust Hotel. Good value, clean room, spacious (extended makeup space from shower/bath room) for a family of 4 pax, nice breakfast, not aware there's a hot spring in facility, definitely an extra value added :)

Breakfast was a surprise as we didnt know it’s included in the room rate automatically. Sad thing is we didnt notice the onsen till day of check out. Would love to come back again.

Only two walking blocks from the train station. This is the neatest, cleanest, smelling good, Hotel in Japan. The bedsheets look so clean as if they where new.

Internet cafe with the private room is better than this hotel room. Doors are super goddamn loud and it doesn’t show that door in the pics. I feel very unsafe with the room because literally anyone can sneak in if I’m not there but they have CCTV at least at the hall way. Room is very dusty at the vent window.

A good base for a couple of days in Hiroshima. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and the tour buses. Nice tidy simple hotel. Staff were really helpful especially when planning the day ahead.

Reasonably close to Hiroshima Station. And it's an easy walk to reach the hotel. It's perfectly fine for a short stay.

The location was great - very close to the train station. The facilities were super clean and in nice condition. The staff were nice. I stayed in a cabin room with shared bathrooms. While everything was nice, the rooms had no soundproofing. I could hear people open and close their screens, snore, walking in the hall, rummaging through luggage, etc all night. Next time I stay, making sure I’d have comfy ear plugs
