Great staff, no frills hotel perfect for staying on a budget but close to the metro. The bed is a bit hard and the pillow not ideal, but otherwise I’d absolutely stay again (and bring my own pillow)

Very tiny, no room to move at all. Service was good. Perhaps it’s in me as my expectations were higher but we stayed at 5 hotels in Japan all similar in price and the other 4 had way more room.

It was a convenient place to sleep, with parking, wi-if, a helpful staff, and a limited but sufficient breakfast. The room was very small but clean. The mattress was very firm for US standards, but normal for Japan standards. About 30 minutes to Disneyland via public bus. A good number of the guests seem to be Disney-bound.

ディズニー合間に利用。お部屋は値段相応、スタッフさんはとても丁寧で、親切、好感が持てました。わかっていたことですが、駐車場が満車で歩いて２、3分のところに停めました。夜遅くで、男手なしの子連れだったので、ちょっと大変だなぁと感じてしまいました。それでもこのお値段で泊まれたのはとても助かりました。

Stayed here for 3D2N. The staffs are friendly and speaks very good English. Stay is comfortable with an affordable price, and even comes with a complimentary breakfast. Very near Urayasu station, as well as nearby restaurants like Sukiya! We will stay here again when we return to Tokyo Disney Resort! Thank you very much for the nice stay Urayasu Sun Hotel! :)

部屋は清潔で設備も一通り揃っていました。朝食はパンと小鉢のサラダ、あと飲み物があってパンはトースターで好きに焼くことが出来ました。不満点としては、元からタイマー設定がONになっていたのかもしれませんが寝ている間にエアコンが切られていて暑さで目が覚めてしまいました。

ディズニーの前泊で利用しました。無料朝食もありがたいですが、その他のサービスも嬉しかったです。大人1名と子供1名で利用。子供は(2歳)無料にも関わらず、受付で2名分のウェルカムドリンク(350mlのお水)2本と、子供用のタオルと歯ブラシのプレゼントまでもらいました✨ 子供も、自分のためのプレゼント🎁に目を輝かせ、喜んでいました！朝食は、パン(食パン・ロールパン)ドリンク(ウーロン茶、水、オレンジジュース、コーヒー)がありました！宿泊して良かったです！ありがとうございました！

朝食は簡単なものですが無料なので文句無いです。駐車場は、敷地内で停められるところが少ないですが、軽自動車だったので裏に停められて良かったです。３泊４日ツインルーム子ども添い寝無料で４人泊まりました。料金は安くて助かりましたが、さすがにきつかった。でもまた利用したいです。
