What a great stay at this property! Although it was a small room, it came equipped with everything I needed and was comfortable and quiet.
The staff were efficient and kind, I was impressed by the housekeepers, front desk staff and the lovely breakfast room staff.
The breakfast was amazing! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had, I'm so glad I included it. So many fantastic options, everything hot and tasty. I can recommend this hotel for the breakfast alone!
The hotel is steps from entrance 5 to the Crysta walkway connecting subway stations. So many great shops, restaurants to try and make sure to use the entrance on the corner to get escalators up and down.
It's a 5 minute walk to Dotonbori and a 5 minute walk to all the shops of Shinsaibasi. You have everything you need within minutes.
I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Could not get a better location !! Walkable to many resturant, shops and to the station as well. Very clean and minimal, gives you exactly what you need for a reliable stay.

Very nice location and is convenient to shopping areas like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Amenities is great. The rooms is pretty nice but if you look closer, the carpet corners have so much dust it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed for years and toilet needs to be scrubbed.
I would stay again for the convenience.

pretty small but near a lot of shops and dotonbori. probably wouldn’t book again because i feel like the space could be utilized better (bed was so large compared to room size), but was good enough for a single traveler!

The room is super small, cant open larger luggages, also the drinks machine are only available from 2PM to 11PM, not sure who came up with this policy but we are in Osaka, no one goes out late and comes back early, which means the drinks machine is completely unusable. Other than that is the rooms by default are powered off, so the moment I entered the room, it was hot AF. Overall not recommended for tourists.

Booked for a few days stay in Osaka as it was centralized near many things we wanted to visit. Staff very helpful and spoke perfect English. Check in and check out was super smooth. Room was smaller than expected so be prepared for that and make sure to double check your room size especially if you’re tall. Room overall was clean minus a random stain on the wall, AC came in very useful as it was very hot during our stay this month, and the bed was very comfortable. Close to many 7-11’s and Family Mart’s, restaurants, and shopping.

Amazing location if you are planning to shop and eat! There are shops and restaurants that will cater to any budget range. If you wanna be the first in line at Daimaru, Louis Vuitton, Dior many more The location of this will surely impress you. Upon entering namba walk which is located right below you, there is a conveniently place grocery satisfied fruit, lover! a.k.a me :)
