古いビルですが概ね手入れが行き届いています。広くてコスパは良いと思います。
Good Point
・駅近
・ファミリーマートが目の前
・コインパーキングが目の前
・ヤマトのセンターまで徒歩2分
・エレベータあり（段差少ない）
・水回りの清掃がほぼ完璧
Bad Point
・カーテンがドレープのみ（しかも一部寸足らずで外が見える）
・居室の照明が白色蛍光灯（せめて電球色にして欲しい）
・前面道路の車通りが結構気になる。
・洗濯機の糸くずが残ったままだった。
