We enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff was friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is great! The breakfast was delicious! I stayed there with my family on vacation and would love to stay again if I ever visit the city again! Keep up the great job!

The hotel is brand new, and although there is still quite a lot of construction going on in the area, you cannot fault the property itself. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are helpful. The breakfast buffet was very decent, and the waffles were a bonus. The internet was quite good. There are a few eateries nearby, but otherwise it is a new area of the city that is being developed, and currently only good for access to the Astana Arena for sports events. Otherwise, you'll either have to walk quite a bit to the city centre, or take a taxi, which is not expensive. Depending on the nature of visit, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This seemed like a very new hotel when I stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the building was very clean inside. The help yourself breakfast at this Hampton Hilton was simple and minimal and the coffee made by the coffee machine tasted bad. Next to the hotel is development land and there is churned up bare earth close to the entrance which we had to walk over a couple of times getting from or to taxis. Luckily the ground was frozen otherwise the area would have been very muddy.

I don't know if the three rodent traps in the lobby bothered most or the fact that no one could get our room temperature lower. The thermostat was locked. There was construction work outside our window and it was biting cold. So opening the window was not optimal. The maids touched up the room in a big hurry not exchanging the mugs or glasses, nor taking out dishes from the cafe. But the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

On the Airport side of town so easy to get to when arriwing from airport, how ever to longe to walk to downtown so had to take a taxi. On the way from downtown to Airport we just drove by the hotel and picked upp our luggage from luggage room.
