HOTEL ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL AND CRAMPED . CHOICE OF VEG FOOD IN THE MENU IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

The property is completely out of sync with the times...from the filthy carpet to broken tiles and washroom knobs... everything was bad. When the temperature is 20 degrees, the hotel refused to switch on the AC. Staff are better. It is a big blot ok the Holiday Inn name. I moved to IBIS for 4 days.

Overall, it’s good hard to see the mountains. I had a mountain view broom, but there is barely mountains to see lots of buildings in front of window, and there is constructions on the backside of the hotel. I hope the spill improve in the future thanks.

The new renovation really fits the property and made my experience much better. Overall, amazing hotel with an exception of slow service and the hotel needs cleaning more often in the rooms.

I had a great stay in the fall of 2023. The summer of 2024, the hotel is undergoing renovation and a shift towards hosting large groups of tourists (often sleeping in the common areas as they awaited their rooms). Breakfast was of low quality. Some young people working at the front desk were excellent, and others were lackluster and poorly trained. location (near a large shopping center) is excellent, but I won't be back.

The hotel in general is fine but .. when I checked in there was a bat in my room, brought it to receiption in a bag: no excuses, no support or customers service. I am traveling for months and this is the place I will never come back

it’s in a convenient location, quiet and staff members are very friendly. But the property is a bit run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the furnitures are old.

This is an ideal area where for people who visits a country for the first time. The staff have been brilliant and extremely helpful and friendly.

Although I had problems when I arrived in the country with my partner was unfortunate was unable to meet me, the staff was able to assist my situation, they were extremely helpful and speak and understand good English, very impressed and great hospitality.

The room and hallway carpets were very dirty and the color almost turned black.

Not clenched enough, it’s not every day. Reception staff are not professional. Check out 12 but they are making noise from 10:00 am. Breakfast not worth at all. The Hotel not as holiday in standard!

Stayed there for around 5 days, and the hotel unfortunately falling apart. Staff and service are excellent. Staff goes beyond and above to help, and accomodate your needs. They make sure you are happy and do their best to make your stay comfortable as much as its possible giving the conditon of the hotel. Rooms are outdated, towels are very old and thin. When I asked, the host brought very good fluffy towels, but to get them you might need to ask. The lights in the room are very pale, its almost dark and feels uninviting, carpet is dirty and old. It feels like staff does everyting to keep this place clean and tidy, but management invests ZERO to make it happen. Overall, my big THANKS to staff for accomodating our needs and changing the room, giving good towels, umbrella when it was raining, etc. And lots of questions to management and owners, the hotel has amazing team working there, location is spot on, why not to make tis hotel one of the bests in towm? Thanks

The regular hotel. We had our every year conference there. There were not lotion and shower cap in the room. They put only two small towels. It were not enough, frankly! There is a reconstruction area around the hotel.

Very helpful and attentive staff, great breakfast, clean room and one of the best areas, close to everything.
