Overall the stay was very good. The receptionists and concierge were very helpful, and the gym was very clean and with new machines and a nice pool. My only criticism is that the bar in the lobby is understaffed and service could be slow, and if one wasn’t sitting near the bar, very slow. It needs more than one person working there all the time. Otherwise, the hotel overall provides a great service and the staff are all very helpful and kind.

This property is very old, needs repair, and is not in line with the quality generally expected from the InterContinental brand (due to age) - time to repair and replace equipment - I don't think I've seen an older lamp in the last 10 years than what I had in my room
