📍 Stayed in the hotel for 9 nights for this leisure trip 📍 Location: Awesome. Walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and easy to get a taxi. 📍 Staff: Attentive and helpful. 📍 Room: Clean and quiet. Had really good sleeps every night. 📍 Will stay in this hotel again if we’re coming back to Almaty!

For me, this is the 4th time I have stayed here. It's very comfortable for me

The pull out sofa was an abysmal bed. Not worth it to pay for that when there were springs poking through the mattress that had zero padding. Good was good. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the pull out sofa as a bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Alma from reception and Natalia in restaurant are to be noted separately for their extremely good customer service!

There seemed to be quite a lot of choice in Almaty for hotels. Wasn't sure what to expect but this turned out to be a good pick. Friendly service and they checked me in early, a comfortable room and an okay breakfast choice. Overall couldn't have asked for much more though they do need to know you can get a bus to the airport!

Perfect location

Great hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to lots of places. Helpful kind staff, beds were softer than all others we stayed in (Asia is known for hard beds). Great breakfast options.

Nice hotel and unfortunately just a short stay. My only complaint was tge hotel was very overheated and I had to have the window open to the winter weather for an hour to cool the room down.

Gentle door man, receptionist and restaurant stuff. They’re very supportive for my Almaty experience. Room is clean enough. Hot shower is working well. ドアマン、レセプション、レストランスタッフ全ての方がサポーティブで、良い滞在になりました。部屋も綺麗で大きさもちょうど良かった。ホットシャワーもしっかりでる。女子1人旅でも2人旅でも使いやすいホテル。徒歩1分のところにスーパーあり。

Good & helpful staff, good breakfast, This area is best for local experience, good local restaurants/cafes esp Shavlego 2 bars & good wine bar. Chose this Hotels based on reviews. To be near Irish and English bars, cocktail bars & up market restaurants Kazakhstan Hotel is much nearer these but does not have 'local' experience

The hotel is quaint, clean and quiet. The room was a bit small but was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good; there was enough variety. The location was great. Lots of restaurants within walk8ng distance and the mall was very close.

It is a very nice hotel in the centre of Almaty for a very good price. Lot's of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The sauna was splendid. I shall stay again when I come back.

This hotel has a lot of amenities and the staff is really helpful. This is the kind of hotel I recommend for someone who is new to Kazakhstan, as they can help you with directions, businesses nearby, drivers, and you have somewhere to breakfast and dine. The room was clean and traditional aesthetic and we were very comfortable. I do not have any criticism. The location is easy and safe, close to many different attractions and it's easy for Yandex to pick you up if you want to go somewhere further. They do have parking if you have a car, but we did not use it. Playground nearby for your child, and the sauna and fitness center were open even though we did not use it. You can spend the entire day here and be relaxed and feel like you actually enjoyed yourself. Overall a very reliable home base, I recommend anyone to stay. The breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was amazing, I can't say enough good things about it!!!! It was the best breakfast I've ever had, across America, Asia, and Europe. I'm so glad they continue to maintain a high standard for their breakfast and cooking, as this alone is enough to get me to come back. I recommend getting their WhatsApp number as they are not reachable by email. Staff comfortably speaks Russian and English.
